  1. “I have just contacted Waterpik to complain about their use of UPS as their choice of delivery company in Canada.

    I ordered replacement heads for my Waterpik appliance from their website to be shipped to me in Canada because the parts are not available here. The cost was 17.98 US$ with an additional $16.85 for P&H. After crossing the border 3 times the package arrives at my door finally and the UPS delivery person wants an additional $20 COD. I complained and he agreed that something was wrong so he would return the next day.

    When I contacted UPS they indicated that the charge was “”brokerage fees”” but they have reduced the charge to $11.54 (50% of the cost of the product!). I phoned Waterpik and I was transferred several times but it seems no one there is capable of handling my complaint. I would warn anyone thinking of purchasing a Waterpik product to expect to have to buy the whole product again whenever it wears out because replacement parts are not a cost effective option.”

  3. Without warning, the hose broke off the end of my water pik. I bought a replacement unit but the tubing/hose that came was NOT the same size as the original one. It was larger. I spoke with a cheerful customer service rep and she told me that they were the same size. They may be the same on the package, but they are not the same size. My waterpik is not old and the existing tube is still flexible. It was impossible to connect the two hoses (old and new, per the directions). Now it has come apart again. I want a new waterpik sent to me. Jane Sherman

    THE LONG STEM THAT GOES INTO THE TOP THE WATERPIK, NOT THE PLAQUE SEEKER
    BUT THE LONG STEM WITH THE LITTLE ROUND BRUSH, GET THAT THE TIPS WITH THE
    LITTLE ROUND BRUSH. I EXPLAINED THE BEST THAT I COULD, SHE SAID I KNOW JUST WHAT
    YOUR TALKING ABOUT,GUESS WHAT ???? SHE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM, THERE IS NO LITTLE
    ROUND SOFT BRUSH ON TOP OF THE PLAQUE SEEKER????????????????
    WHY SHOULD I HAVE PPAY FOR POST FEE TO RETURN TO YOUR OFFICE, I DID NOT
    SCREW UP, YOUR OFFICE SHOULD???????????? SO SENT ME THE ITEM AND YOU PAY FOR ME TO RETURN
    TO ITEM.
