  1. Wells Fargo for 4 years sent my automatic deposit through an account I had closed in 2012. Then on their own they sent it to the correct account. My deposit did not go through for June 20th and after 4 trips to the banks I was told no one had made any comments on what was happening on the account and I had to start all over with the problem,. They couldn’t even find the check. The bank had the check but had sent it to another persons account. Not mine. After constant calls they informed me that in 72 hours I would get it into my account. Then on 6-28 I got a call they sent it back to my employer. What the heck. I will get my 7-5 check before I get my check from 6-20. I will end up waiting almost 2 weeks because of their screw up. Mt plans are to move my four accounts out of this bank. No way to talk to a human in customer service only automated responses. Their fault, lots of misinformation and me out of a paycheck. What did I get for all this? Nothing. Great bank.

  2. wells fargo customer service are horrible. they transfer you to everyone and their mother only to be hung on. and when you do talk to a human being they speak no English. will NEVER deal with them again
