  1. I am in total agreement with all those unhappy people who cannot find a human to talk to at Yahoo. I haven;t been able to send or receive emails for about 10 days as I have forgotten my password and cannot reach anyone at Yahoo for help.

  2. my email page said I should contact you because my email is having trouble sending emails. it said to contact you.

  3. I’ve changed my password 3 times in 4 days, now I’m locked out again for an incorrect password. cannot talk to anyone at customer service, get referred to email. if I could get into my email I wouldn’t need to talk to customer service. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

  4. i have spent hours online trying to fix a problem it keeps sending me around in circles. is there not a way to talk to a human that could help?

  5. I can not access my account and there is no why to access any help that makes sense for me. I can not imagine what an older person who wants to learn technology can do to help with their issues if they can not talk to anyone. This is very disappointing

  6. How can I tell what phone numbers are Yahoo??? I called several numbers and get someone in India.

I do not know if the numbers are valid, as my account was hacked. I called what was supposed to be a Yahoo number and I can’t tell if it is actually Yahoo!

  7. You need to have a working yahoo customer service number. A lot of people are complaining about your poor service. We will see how fast you can help me with a two year old long password that I know by heart and Yahoo lost it or locked me out of it. What kind of game are you playing anyway? Please retrieve the password that I have chosen for the last two years. Thanks in advance.

I am not familiar with that emall please help me get back online

  10. Same as the complaint at top of page. No access to email account. Never had this problem before. PW entered is “incorrect”. No way to contact live person. HELP.YAHOO.COM is a circle of effort. No help there.

I need to speak to live person. Now account is locked AGAIN for 12 hours. This is ridiculous! I have talked to live rep at ATT. Talked with salesperson at Office Depot. All sympathetic and helpful as they can be but they are limited. So, Yahoo has a stranglehold on customers needing to talk to a live person who can help.

  11. Like all the rest, I cannot access my yahoo account. I have been with yahoo many years. Your system says my password is wrong. I chose it and I use it regularly and I know It is right. My chosen security questions–at least one of them was changed and not by me!!!! Your system doe not work to get back into my own yahoo account with all my personal files and emails. The old phone number I originally put in place for the account is no longer available, my password is not being accepted, one of the security questions is wrong or you changed it or someone hacked into my account. FIX IT NOW!!!!! GOVERNMENT INFORMATION IS STORED IN MY FILES!!! You need to have another way for people to get back into their own accounts. You give no help. Your suggestion boxes keep looping the same nonworking solutions when I try to get into it. I cannot access my alternative email to use to have you send me a code because your so called help box again repeats the same information that does nothing.

  12. I have been trying for 2 days to get on my email. Help! My husband and myself are senior citizens. I called a phone number thinking it was Yahoo and it was from India. They wanted to charge me $100 to get back on. Thankfully my credit card declined them. It was not Yahoo’ I can’t get into my email to recover a code they want to send to me on their recovery help. I don’t have texting so that they can’t text me the code. Please. Help me!!!!!

  14. I think I was scammed. Couldn’t get into my account for 2 days. Finally found a phone number for what I thought was a Yahoo representative. He stated my browser had malware on it and referred me to Tech Trager, Inc and for $229.99 it could be fixed. I could get into everything else on the computer except Yahoo. I was convinced to let them have control of the computer and they supposedly fixed the problem. Was I scammed?

  15. i have been calling and going to every site to talk to some one i can’t get into my yahoo e-mail i need to change my pass word but can’t because i cant get to my account all the numbers for yahoo is a crock their is no i can get to my mail now because there is no one that can are will help I NEED HELP NOW

  16. I found this phone number 1-800-407-7258 which is supposed to be a yahoo customer service, but I think they might be hackers so you might want to look into that. I spent quite some time on the phone with them because I can’t access my email account and I can’t talk to anyone when I tried to phone the corporate phone number. You guys really need to do something about your customer service. Now my personal information might be compromised.
