I bought a used trainer and it was missing a part. They sent one for free, but the wrong one. Then they sent the right one, also for free, but with no directions. I called using this number and after only about 1 minute on hold, someone answered and was able to answer my 2 simple questions, competently. Very friendly and helpful associate. Now I can try this bad boy out!
