My daughter and son recieved envizen tablets for Christmas 2016, well my daughter started having problems with the battery not charging fully and than the tablet would stay on for only 2 mins, maybe. This left us frustrated. Well, last night we got home and my husband said what’s wrong with her tablet. I said who cares because it doesn’t stay on for her to play (yes, I always put a good protective case on them. So they last longer) well he walked over to it walked back to me and said, no look at this. The tablet has split in two practically! The battery must be bad! I know there’s probably nothing you can do or willing to do, seeing how long we had it. WHAT I NEED YOU TO KNOW IS THAT THE BATTERY SPLIT OPEN THE TABLET AND I DON’T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM OR THEIR CHILD!! My daughter just turned 8. I can’t imagine what would have happened, had she been able to still use the tablet and it did this while she was on it. I’m blessed that she wasn’t. Please, PLEASE be aware of this issue! My mom bought those envizen tablets thru hsn. I can image a lot of ppl doing so because of how inexpensive they were to buy and give to a child to use.

    1. i been calling the phone number for repairs i,m still waiting to hear back i have i a tablet i cannot use because of the screen stop working to my touch i just need help on where to send it to be fixed and i cannot get any help thats not good

  2. I purchased the Envizen Model #EVT10Q from HSN for my 8 year old son for Christmas. the keyboard never worked and now after using only 2 times we cant get it to boot up. This is the worst investment I have ever made. HSN says they are not responsible and getting support is useless. If you are considering buying anything from Envizen I strongly say do NOT buy from this company. You can get a much better product for the same price.

  3. I reçeived the tablet 4X-mas & càlled customer service oñ 12/27/16 & their voiçe mail is full during business hours & no one was available to tàlk too.

  4. Recently, I purchased a Envizen 32 gb connected tablet, teal in color, from the HSN. The external keyboard has never worked. On 10/14/2016, I called the HSN to ask about the problem. The person, on the phone, told me to call Envizen, which I did. The person, at Envizen, Jessica, asked my to plug in the keyboard and we tried to make it work to no avail. Jessica took my name and address and said that she would send a replacement. I am wondering if it is possible to check and see if the replacement keyboard was sent to me. If the keyboard was sent to me, it has never arrived at my address. Since I called on the 14th, I thought that a sufficient time had passed for the keyboard to arrive at my address.

  5. This is the worst tablet I have ever owned. Something happened and now nothing is working properly. Called and Called and Called customer service….and…guess what…..NOTHING. They dont return your call. This company sucks. And much to my surprise…last nite on HSN they were selling another tablet…Are you kidding me. I am notifying the Better Business Bureau about this company. And on top of it all – I am still paying for the tablet. Was stupid enough to do a 5 payment plan. WTF……
