I’m not even going to give you people one star! You are a terrible company in which there is no way to contact you which is terrible customer service! I hate Ultraviolet as well. They are just a storage to either pick Flixster or Vidu. None seem to be any help. I will stay with iTunes.

I have to add to the litany of complaints. I have been waiting for six months for a single episode of an HBO series that I bought, to be fixed for download. There have been few replies, despite repeated emails to them.

The company seems to ignore the most general idea that they have to provide what a person paid for, and shows little concern for even making an effort to appear invested.

Your company sucks ass! I’m talking crap stained ass! Get some customer support! We need to get an attorney that’s willing to start a class action lawsuit against them and put flixster out of business!!!!

I will not give Flixster one star. I have a account I added a movie, this totaled four movies on my account none would play. Contacted Flixster by e-mail, no help at all ! Somehow the movies started working. Worked for a few days, now my account says I have no movies. Why would I have a Flixster account if i had no movies? Why would I have opened an account?

Now I just called the phone number listed on this site and it says to go to the web site. No thank you. When i purchase the next movie that has a digital copy I will use another service Flixster is useless. I also will find out if i can move my movies elsewhere if i can ever find them. Very, very dissatisfied.


Not one positive comment.How long do you expect to be in business like this.We realize your staff can only do what YOU allow them to.So you can only blame yourself for the inevitable failure and,what happens to your customers movies and money they paid for some of these movies.

Flixter is charging my account even though i deleted the account. Furthermore flixter keeps charging my account a dollar a week. Even though I have never purchased a movie I want this stopped!!!!

This is a bunch of bull. there is no customer services. I agree with Taylor. I use Vudu and I can even talk to people over there. I was told I could link the two accounts together and my Flixster account would transfer my movies over. A Bunch of Crap. I was able to link all of my Disney with vudu so I wouldn’t have to have a bunch of apps on my tablet. I loved it. I guess I am out the money I paid for the movies that I accidentily put on Flixster in the beginning. I agree stay away from Flixster. It does no good to email them…I got nothing. It asked me to rate the company. I dont see a negative 100%

It should be mandatory that every company providing a service have a functional customer service telephone number to resolve problems quickly.

I have a litany of complaints. I am locked out of my own computer so they may fix their app. I was promised a callback three times. I will be cancelling my account soon.

Flixster updated their app and now all the films I downloaded onto my phone will not play because the new app say’s I don’t have them on my device so I tried downloading them again and every time I do so it says there is am error and won’t do a damn thing which is pretty much what there customer service do.

I contacted customer service they say they opened a ticket for the problem, from that I heard nothing from them apart from an email they sent to me 4 days later asking me to fill in a survey on how they did at fixing the problem. how the hell can anyone rate a service that they never even received, now they have closed the ticket under the grounds the problem was sorted (no one did anything

Flixster get the fu**ing act together and try helping people using your service.
