”I have been calling for days, the same person lady answers and isn’t helpful. She doesn’t want to do her job, and look up my case.
OMG…59 callers ahead of me…seriously…Well the state of Illinois could help employment and hire people to answer phone calls!!! No wonder state of Illinois is looked down on so much…the state does not help anyone…only if it involves a struggle on phone in person by mail…Company deserves no rating…no negative number exist for this kind of customer service!
They put you on hold for hours, while they answer calls ahead of you. The number is a waste of time and phone minuites.
I haven’t get my money or my foodstamp for this month
I am 80 years old and recieved an EBT card but by the time I got home I had forgotten the PIN. I have been calling DHS Hawaii for five days now.. They seldom answer the phone and the answering service is full and refuses any more entries.
I finally got through!!!. I,explained my need for a PIN,number. She was very nice and told me some one would call within an hour….
That was last week…still waiting..
U can be as healthy as god and willing to work but it doesn’t mean ur getting hired yes billions people capable of working ,but getting hired girlfriend gets u a pay check. America let’s everyone in..but these people do then hired the Americans… no but they want live ,look and act like us . But not respect us.
They bring more family in. Then boom now we can’t gets jobs .
