We don’t have a card number. What option should I push?
The reason why I’m going to give only a two -rating and I receive food stamps is that I was approved on Fed 13, 2015 of this year. However at this time I’m only had one food stamp transaction at this time and todays date is April 20, 2015. It’s been one problem after another first I had to wait 55 days just for a food stamp card and that did not arrive until March 24,2015. The next problem that I’m having is just to be put on the food stamp schedule Todays date is April 20, 2015 and ass of today my case worker still hasn’t put me on the schedule. This problem is not of my own device and I should not be penalized because of the DHS slow going. I should be not only awarded two -months of back food stamps . Since I’ve been approved I want to have more information on the heating program and the Section 8 programs. I truly do like my case worker
