CUSTOMER SERVICE IS terrible! This company sucks. I have been on hold for an hour. I would have been better off buying a new fan, taking out the part I needed and return the fan. I should not have to wait this long and think like this. Get with the program HUNTER. Start HUNTING other ways to take care of customers!!!!
