I just had my 2010 Sonata replaced. I did not realize that it was still under warranty.
Is there anything that you can reimburse me for the cost. It would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issues and I’ve had mine for 3 years. Usually after saying directions over and over, it just hangs up on me. I, like you, have tried every tone of voice, speaking fast, speaking slow….nothing works.

I have had problems with my Blue Link from day 1. It has not improved with the Google Navigation. I will have the same problem you do or it tells me it can’t find it. The worse is when it tries to give me something totally different.
As far as bluelink goes, it sucks. It’s a 50/50 chance of starting. When it does, takes forever to start, looking for a satellite or something. Not worth the money. I wish they would have just had remote start on the fob.
Hate that it sends emails constantly about my vehicle.
All I want is an address so I can send payment for blue link service.
