  1. Talked to Bracken earlier in the day. Just send pictures of the wrong parts that were sent and I will get back with you today to see what the problem was. Well I sent the pictures of the wrong parts that were sent and tried to call after I got no response. Needless to say, they never picked up and the message was they were already closed-10 minutes early. I have been down for almost 6 months and they still have not got my machine up and running. Great service plan.
