MY Band has broken the band itself and I need a new one. I have tried a Fitbit and new up bands online with Amazon without success. I need a new wrist band for my up. The clasp has broken off and the metal loop that is attached to keep to the wrist band in place has broke off as well. I need a new band for the up itself to stay on me! So far I have been using a pink band that holds it together but I keep having to mess with it.
Can’t reach anyone at Jawbone for help….numbers are disconnected. Have opened 2 support cases…no response. James Proud of Hello is right your product seems to be in trouble.
JAWBONE has no customer service to help you with their awful product when it doesn’t work. It is ridiculous! Don’t buy a JAWBONE UP. What company doesn’t have “chat live” support these days? They don’t. Stay with a good company like Fitbit. Just glad I got my JAWBONE on Amazon Prime so I could return it for free.
Turn on: press and hold the button on the band until the moon flashes and the band vibrates once
Then to turn it off:
to exit sleep mode manually through the band, hold button on band until the sun flashes and the band vibrates once. Your band can also automatically detect when you awake (you don’t have to do anything to exit sleep mode.
Phone service is nonexistent. The number given when answered says that
