I miss the “Original chips deluxe” chocolate chip cookie. Now it is a harder cookie with a chocolate backing. They are ok but I miss the crumble in your mouth original. Plus they came in a bigger 13 Oz. Container. Now all your packaging is small & a lot more expensive.

Please make an oatmeal raisin cookie without cinnamon! My Mother made oatmeal cookies when I was growing up and she didn’t put cinnamon in them and they taste so much better. I think they’d sell very well! Thanks

Thank you for a much improved cookie
The Vienna finger cookie now has a generous portion of creme inside and a more delicious cookie part. I will start buying them again. Can’t understand the negative feedback on this cookie. It’s much improved.

Why did you change the recipie of the venna cookie it was bad enough you shrunk the box and charge the same price once a great product now a cheap tasting cookie shame on you keebler you just lost a long term customer

I am looking for the 6-pack or 8 pack of Keebler cheese and crackers with jalapeño. I live in Marana, AZ but can come pickup if you have them available!
I was hoping that one of your locations still had these items because we were out when it came to my local grocery store this week

AL

THERE IS NO OTHER COOKIES ON THE MARKET LIKE OPERA CREMES.

My mother and I would share the bag. She ate the vanilla and I ate the chocolate one.

Can’t you please, please bring them back?????

I too bought a box that smelled and tasted bad. I live in OK. I don’t have the code because I discarded the box. But the ones I have now taste a little different too (maybe a little stale) but not like the other box

Hello, my name is Patrick Pope, I’m writing you about that fabulous tasting opera cream cookies, simply one of the best Keebler cookies of all time, and perhaps one of the best cookies of all time, please, please, let the young people of America have a chance to savor a wonderful tasting cookie that they can’t put down, I’ve work over 25 years in the airline industry, so I’m a pretty good judge great things, believe Keebler your Opera Cream cookie is one of them. Also, could possibly add millions and millions of revenue to your company and your employees!!!

I’m having the same problem with Town House Light Buttery Crackers REDUCED FAT.

Bought at Price Chopper and Weis Markets also in New York state. At least the birds are eati

ng good.

Jim.

My wife boght a box of Keebler Townhouse original crackers yesterday.

Today Feb. 21, 2015, she asked me to try some and you could not get them from the

box to your mouth with out it crumbling. They were a waste of money.

UPC #30100 10055. Looks like the production run was K10919. Looking to

get some kind of acknowledgement from your company.

Thank You

I have bought and enjoyed your Shortbread Sandies for years. A few weeks ago the store I was shopping I did not

have the plain shortbread Sandies. So, thought I would try the Pecan Shortbread Sandies. What a mistake! The pecans in the cookies taste horribly rancid. Have you taste tested them? (Code 30100 10026)

Town House Flat Bread. roasted Garlic crackers.. You got tobe kidding me!!! The package show s a nice size snack cracker…but….in reality the actual cracker is half the size of what is on the box. I am insulted & will NEVER prchase again!!!

I like your cookies for the holidays. However you need to improve on specifically the bottoms of the waffle cones so the ice cream doesn’t fall through. An idea would be freezing a little bit of hard milk chocolate at the end. This would keep it from the melting ice cream falling through the bottom of the cone.

I love the Vienna Finger cookies. I am a senior citizen on a limited income. Is there any way for me to get a few coupons to help me keep purchasing the Vienna finger cookies. thank you
