”We purchased a Mitsubishi 73″ 1080p DLP HDTV 8/6/10. We can’t see anything on our TV. If we turn the TV on, the screen remains blank, and soon the TV turns itself off. A Red Light is then displayed where the start button is. We have older TV’s, some 15-20 years old that are still working fine. We would appreciate some help. We shouldn’t have to pay for a repair of a TV that’s only 5 years old.
Sirs,
My Mitsubishi 52725 52’ television has stopped working and I’m getting the blinking green light of death. I read an article on the internet that your company had been involved in a class action suit and have been sending customers’ chasses and other item to repair their televisions. It also mentioned that you had paid for a repair man to do the work. I’m asking for the same consideration with any and all items you can supply as well as a repair man to do the work. I replaced the lamp and the ballast but they didn’t fix the problem, the television still make a noise, the green light still blink and the set doesn’t come on.

My Mitsubishi TV serial number 107192 and model number WD-65835 on my purchase receipt has developed white dots. I Googled the problem and read all the complaints. This TV should have been recalled. I now need your company to provide FREE replacements and service for my TV. We paid $3568.00 and we are on a fixed income. Mitsubishi was aware of this defect and you continue to sell this model. Please contact me via email or call 661-834-7780.
