I cannot. open my account even if i do have correct password. Fortunately I can. open it in Paypal business App. but then again. i cannot send fund. The reaponse is

I had money sent to my paypal account for an emergency. I went to transfer the money from my paypal account to my bank account. It is not allowing me. Customer service says it needs to be verified. Verification was completed. I try to transfer again, theres a security hold for 24 hours according to your rep. States try again later. I try again and still wont process. Call paypal again, rep says security issue escalating the issue. 24 hours goes by try again. AGAIN security issue. Rep says takes 24 to 48 hours to verify. So, now 5 days later!!!! Still unable to transfer my money to my bank account!!! Thank you paypal for screwing me over on this money. This money was to buy tickets for my family to get home to Indiana from Florida and get a rental to go and see my uncle in ICU. Guess what Paypay, since you have been screwing me over and still not releasing my money and allowing the transfer from paypal to my bank, I can’t make it home to say goodbye to him before he passes. 5 days going on 6!!!! Still NO MONEY! You will be contacted by my lawyer for false advertising. No where in your website does it say anything about holding money and verifying funds. You see paypal, I have my MBA. I am not some idiot who doesn’t have a clue to your scams!
I am having the same issue. Have you received your money. I’m going to close my account as soon as I get my money. They are holding the money hostage. WHAT A DISREPUTABLE COMPANY.

I ordered an item(s) from Woot and paid with a valid credit card. Thereafter I was notified by Pay Pal that they were charging my checking account but fortunately that account had been closed quite some time ago and they were still using that account number from years ago. I did not authorize this and did not want anything to do with Pay Pal after they withdrew $1200.00 from my account without authorization. It took forever to get the money back and I thought had cancelled my account. Obviously Pay Pal is like the living dead – you can’t kill it!
