6/21/2010	i am a member of pogo and they have charged my credit card for 3 games that i have not been able to down load onto my computer. i am on a fixed income and cannot aford this on my credit card i emailed a complaint on a complaint site hoping that it will help.i wish that i could talk to a human being nancy

6/7/2010	i have wasted 2 hrs...7 phone calls and 8 trips to this website. i do not know my acct name or password. i have totally deleted all my aol files.. i must cancel my acount. c my phone no is. every phone no provided dumped me back...and an operator never responded. unbelievable. the email address below is not usewd and may be incorrect..i don't know my aol acct. my present email acount is @sbcglobal.net. ugh......i am prepared to file a negative to your better business bureau as it's been impossible to get thru and contact billing. dr anjard dr ron anjard
4/30/2010	I am canceling my AOL because they are having a problem with their server and noone seems to want to help us out!! The techs that I have talked to have been no help. I know more about computers then they do!!! They have the worst customer service and i guess they dont want to keep customers with those attitudes. Shrekseal
4/28/2010	I tried to cancel one of my aol accounts but I was just jerked around by the system that is in place. My system was seriously compromised yet I am being blamed when aol has the responsibility of monitoring and safeguarding my privacy. This makes no sense to me. I seriously doubt that management even reads or cares about its customers. Pam Pam
4/8/2010	You folks make it virtually impossible to speak to anyone. Have been using AOL as my home page and email address for a long time. Today, I was on the phone with another company's tech, he sent me an email 4 four times - I have yet to receive even one of them. (This may be the day I choose another email carrier.) 3/6/2010	Sirs,I need to delete my primary master screen name,somehow it got out,and now I am receiving many many e-mails that I do not want,from different business places,I tried to unsubscrib to them,but it just got worse.I have received 113 e-mails in one day,so the only way I know to stop this is to delete my screen name,and submit a new one, when I go into screen names,it tells me that I can not delete the master screen name,but that is the only way to resolve this problem.. thank you for your assist. Doug
3/1/2010	It seems that AOL thinks it's okay to continue taking money away from people who do not receive their services. I canceled my service over 3 years ago, and I have been fighting ever since about stopping the monthly auto payment. boo

2/1/2010	I cancelled this account over two years ago and have never been able to reach anyone concerning the billing error. I cancelled my card and now they are emailing me saying my service will be disconnected. We should all come together and file a CLASS ACTION SUIT against AOL. This is completely illegal!! Deb Deb
