1/19/2017 GEICO - They get no stars from me , I would like to deduct
They get no stars from me , I would like to deduct any future star. The customer service is the worst is the worst I have ever experienced. No one is ever available, the managers are never in, I'm only trying to get a denial coverage letter. Ive been waiting a month plus, a Geico customer hit my car and that car wasn't insured through Geico yet no response from the policy holder. She didn't have that car insured yet I'm still waiting for the denial so my insurance can pick up the claim.

DEAR GEICO , IN REGARDS TO YOUR ALLIGATOR COMMERCIAL, I FOUND THIS COMMERCIAL VERY DISGUSTING WHEN THE ALLIGATOR HAS EATEN IT HAS JUICES SQUIRTING ALL OVER THE TABLE AREA CAUSING THE PEOPLE TO LEAVE THE AREA. ITS TOTALLY DISGUSTING AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE TO THE GEICO, COMPANY AND IN MY OPINION SHOULD BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY, I HAD ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THE YOUNG BOY ACTING AS PETER PAN AND INSULTING THE SENIOR CITIZENS AND YOU REMOVED IT RIGHT AWAY I THINK YOU SHOULD STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THESE KIND OF COMMERCIALS. 4/18/2016 GEICO - My car was recently damaged by the San Antonio
My car was recently damaged by the San Antonio Texas hail storm which affected the whole northern part of Texas. The car rental was over whelmed and there was no rentals available. Now here's my issue, I think they could give us the money they would have used for our rental since we have to use friends and family to get around. There is also other forms of transportation we could use with the money.

I was robbed on March 14, 2016 My car keys with home keys were taken from my home. I was covered to replace my alarm on the car so that this thief would not come back for my car after a $250.00 deductible to replace my car alarm system. I paid my $250.00 and had the same car alarm features put back into my car. Geico called me and said that a check was in the mail for the remaining balance. The very next day they called back requesting information that was impossible to retrieve. Since then i have been given the run around speaking to almost everyone at the company. At this point i say fuck it an eat the cost of my alarm I was better off having my car being stolen then just my keys. I'm paid off for the the next 6mths and then i'm leaving this company. Its a scam.

2/7/2016 I have been insured with GEICO for over 4 years ,
I have been insured with GEICO for over 4 years , my driving record is excellent . Every time they renew my policy the rate just increased up to the point I have no choice to give up and cancel my current policy with them.
I just got punished for being loyal customer to their company . There's a lot competitive insurers in the market so I have no choice to quit the business with GEICO . I will not recommend anyone to buy insurance from them .

1/4/2016 The recent GEICO commercial with the insulting young man
The recent commercial of the young man insulting his elders is overbearing and demeaning. I can not remember any company (seriously ANY company !!) doing this to its audience. Maybe the recent political climate gave someone the impression that this is enjoyable or funny. It is the most insulting, degrading of senior citizens by someone who appears to be the grandchild or great-grandchild.

Your company was founded on respect. This commercial show the opposite....and there is no comedy in it

12/18/2015 I just cancelled my auto insurance with Geico
I just cancelled my auto insurance with Geico today after being with them for over 3 yrs! I was involved in a car accident and they were fine about not increasing my rates because the accident was NOT my fault. the guy blew through a stop sign and totalled my car and t boned me. I've been deiving for almost 30 yrs, never a accident or ticket. Then in 2014 I got a ticket for failing to stop for a patrolmans signal, which wasn't true as I did but she must have been pmsing that day and gave me a ticket. I didn't fight it I just pd the ticket. Then in 2015 I got 2 more tickets for being in the wrong lane and another for going through a red light which wasn't true. I stopped but when it turned red I was in the intersection so I drove through so I wouldn't be because I thought I was doing a wrong thing. I guess I had a bad yr!! They increased my rates over $100 a month, and I pd it over the past yr. Now in Dec. 2015 they tried to increase my monthly payment to over $400 from $230!!! I didn't have any more tickets so it was obvious that they were trying to take advantage of me!!! I called and asked why and they said it was because the state of NJ raised their rates and the tickets I told them I already paid the rate hike for the tickets and I didn't get any more. I went on line and got new insurance which includes towing and rental insurance for a rental car included!!! all for $131 a month!! Suck it Geico!!
