Never in my life have I had to resend info for a loan modification 4 times now…Ditech has the worst customer service because they don’t seem to know squat about their jobs & when I left several messages for a manager, she has yet to call me back. No customer service whatsoever. It’s a shame Ditech took over Greentree because Greentree was actually a decent company. The fact that there are so many complaints says it all!!!!!
