Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on CustomerServiceNumbers.com was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent at [email protected]. Your counter-notice must include the following details:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., the specific URL or page).

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA. The complainant will be informed before restoration occurs to allow time for a potential legal response.

Repeat Infringers

CustomerServiceNumbers.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts or block access to users who are deemed repeat infringers. This includes users who have been subject to multiple DMCA complaints.
