Certainly among the VERY WORST "customer service" AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION HIDERS TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE ON THE WEB AT THIS LATE DATE. How thoughtful of them to give me five hundred user comments pages to try to find an answer any breathing employee could answer in ten seconds. [Oh but I forgot, Amazon, -- sort of like the U.S. government -- is just too financially hard up these days -- have a look at their 10k sometime if you believe that!! -- to bother to hire fifty more women in Bangalore who desperately need jobs to support their families and themselves [at ~45 cents per hour] to keep its customers from coming to HATE a company they once LOVED to use!] And they keep getting worse over time. There now right up with their with eBay, when it first started. This is what monopoly capitalism looks like I guess.I used to spend thousands of $s per year with each firm, since they sell many things I am interested in buying, And prices are good. But I just spent 20 MINUTES trying, ultimately unsuccessfully, to get into my account, which I have had with them for over eight years, and which they somehow always manage to find new ways to change or make harder to access, as with this new three word code that is supposed to take you right to the checkout page, but instead just beeps at you until you either start crying or grab the keys and head for the mall!! I'm going to have to check around to find a website that rates the very BEST not the very WORST companies when it comes to customer services. Anyone know what such a site might be called? Talk about "too big to fail" these clowns are too big even to use! Bill F. Pgh., PA.

I would like to repeat the message for amazon customer service that I would like to spend money in their store but I am not able to login and my passwords, addresses have NOT CHANGED. Set up new account, got order placed, but now billing address, etc is not verified or matching or something. ARGH Called customer service and they will forward to an account specialist ( I think that is what she said thru her foreign accent) so i just wait for their response. SUPER thanks for that. You are making it hard for me to spend money.

Hello this message is for amazon.com customer service hello amazon customer service I was attempting to order something, but got nothing but an error message from you saying my password was incorrect. Well, I beg to differ. There is nothing wrong with my password and I have used this one for 7-8 years. ' I have no intention of changing anything about it whatsoever, merely for allowing you the PRIVILEGE of taking an order from me regards r.parker
