We have created an account and setup the tv model number but this information does not seemed to get stored on the remote Harmony 650. The help button on the control does not do anything also. We have tried mutiple TV's and it still does not work this is very frustrating

Logitec has next to no customer service. I have been trying to get them to replace
one of my cameras that has defective night vision, and all to no avail!!!! I have talked to no less than 20 people in support, and every time it is another hour or two of
try this and try that. The night vision on this one camera has never worked properly and support claims they care, however all they want to do is put you off for another day or week. I will never buy another camera from this company!!!!!

Why is it so damn hard to get a manual in english? I DON'T want chinese!! All I want is a manual for the mk320. I've tried to select the english manual, but it comes back Chinese. I wouldn't buy anthing but logitech for my computer. Now I don't know. I am VERY discourage.

Never in my life have I had so trouble opr run around trying to get a customer service toll free nymber to make a warranty claim as I have with this company. Even Walmart stores would not help me and I bought the items from to staert with. Never again if I dont get some satisfaction from this attempt.

It us very difficult to talk to someone in the United States with their support numbers. You are transferred out of the country and find yourself repeatedly asking the person to repeat himself. They are almost impossible to understand. I think it is deplorable that we must put up with this. And, they always think they can solve your problem, when they are reading a script and don't understand even the most basic problem. I, for one, have had it. Can't we protest this type of support.....

4/13/2009 Not too happy with my logitech quickcam. I put
Not too happy with my logitech quickcam. I put the software in and plugged in the camera to the usb port, sat down opened the instruction booklet to begin download and realized I messed up BIG time. On page two, mind you, it says: install the software "before" (in green italics) plugging in the camera. PAGE TWO !!!!!! Now, I can' use my system. Seriousily, who in todays world does not know how to download software. I was getting ready to read the instructions and it was too late !!!! I realize this is my mess up but after internet search to fix problem, I'm not the only idiot who did this, lots of people. There should be a WARNING sign posted in the front of the box or something. I mean come on... this is bullarky. Oh, and p.s. the company wants 18.00 for me to ask them a question via network to ask how to fix this. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! Better get it together Logictech or you won't last.
