2006 Imac with 60 to seventy vertical lines...started year and half...just a couple and now awful. This is about the 20th Mac I have
owned and it has been a pain in the butt. Because if is "out of warranty" it takes an act of God to speak to someone 'responsible' about
a display problem that is common with this unit...not just from the Shangi factory. WHERE WAS THE RECALL? When they want half the
price just to repair...its time for some legal oversight or for Apple to back a common display problem.

5/6/2011 Mac & Imac Technical Support Phone Number - There for, I got 20, 24 imac and when the 27

There for, I got 20, 24 imac and when the 27 launch, I have wait till the second model 27" i3 imac come.
because I have read a lot about first model of any series should be aware :( because they sometime still got a lot of bug.

So I order second model 27" i3 imac series..

When it first come I have install and transfer all data in my 24" imac to my new 27" imac.. everything cool big screen I love it...

But then for 2 day later the new 27" imac auto shutdown and when open it, it stay about 5 min. and then shut down again.

I call my shop and tell them about my problem and after 2 day they said cannot claim DOA because I've use it for 2 days

What is that? why treat customer like this?

OK any way I'm in love with apple, even it hurt you sometime. I've to stand for it..

So I've ask my shop and they ok to replace me new one because I know this shop for long time.

And after 3 month the screen problem come so I call to claim with the apple care center,
they've change the screen for me at first time.

But then after one month it screen problem happen again. now apple care center blame my room's environment?

room's environment? what is that? if so bad environment in my room i should dead by now?

I've see many people got this screen problem like me, show a lot in many website, even apple discussion board.
if the problem with my room's environment as apple said. why it happen all around the world?

and if this really is environment, you should have warning sign on new imac

" MUST USE IN CLEANROOM ONLY" ????

And second thing I see all customer in US or other country in apple discussion board can claim their screen till the problem solve but why when in my country, why Apple blame customer?

Anyway this is just my story to tell you, not blame anything on you.

But you see I buy computer that I cannot work on, it have to sent back to claim and then come back and problem come again.. when can I use it?

And when we use mac or apple product we expect good computer, good OS and beautiful product, we work on them with happiness. But with screen problem how can you work with happy? it very annoying and have to guest is this color of
images or screen problem all day.
