2/7/2012 I"ve dealt with State Farm bank for over 7 years with numerous loans, I've never had trouble getting either a payoff or a representative. It's quick and easy. I just opened an online bank account and it's been troble free also.

11/14/2011 I got right through and even though I did not have my account number, I had a payoff with a couple of minutes. I have never had a problem with State Farm Bank. I would recommend them to anyone. JJ

9/14/2011 i work at a car dealership and everytime we call the 800# for statefarm bank for payoffs, it takes a couple of hours just to get someone on the phone! the worst bank when it comes to customer service....
