Defective iPhone with black screen

My IPhone 6splus has a black screen. The technical assistance scanner said the problem was phone contact with the screen. The phone charges normally, vibrate, and has no scratches or broken, It was purchased on 12/01/2015 – This is a defective fabrication-VICIO- requested an exchange of the device – Solange – Brasil -Para-Belem.

I get an update notification on my Mac. I go through all the BS of email address and password, and I get the lovely message that says:mUpdate Unavailable with this Apple ID. Which ID must I use, THAT IS MY APPLE ID!
