  1. I just returned from Cunard QMII trip from NY-Halifax-Boston-Ny. it was my 6th Cunard trip and it was by far the worse White Star Service ever.

    It was Fawlty Towers personified.

Long lines, no communications why delays, and erroneous information given several times by pursor’s desk.

Seems like no officers were present. We all onboard agree it was “when the boss is away, the mice play.”

I am concerned Curnard get back to White Star Service or they are going to go under in a financially sinking ship since first time passengers said they would never book again.

  2. We have traveled on the QMII twice and loved it. However, when trying to book our 3rd trip on Friday, July 11 it took 28 minutes at $1.00 a minute calling from Germany. I finally reached someone and our trip had a 24 hour hold. I tried calling back on Saturday, July 12 and it took me 54 minutes and I could reach no one. If there was a problem with the 800 number then instead of saying ‘someone will be with you shortly” or something to that affect. Rather it should have said there was a problem on the line and to call another day. I was able to call via Skype at another location. I tried calling other numbers for Cunard and were told they were not the correct number, I even contacted a travel agency in CA and she was kind enough to look up numbers for me. I really think I should some sort of Cunard Credit for this expense and time. Where may I send a copy of my telephone bill. Thank you,
