Harrah’s Customer Service: Reservations, Hotels and Complaints

Harrah’s customer service can assist with hotel reservations, cancellations, property information and guest concerns. Because Harrah’s operates multiple hotels and casinos, room, restaurant, casino and local service complaints should usually be directed to the property involved.

Harrah’s Customer Service

How to Contact Harrah’s Customer Service

Call 1-800-CAESARS or 1-800-223-7277 for reservation assistance, Customer Care or help finding the correct Harrah’s property.

Caesars does not publish one universal telephone schedule covering every Harrah’s property and customer-service department. Local hotel, casino, restaurant, security and Caesars Rewards Center hours vary by destination.

Contact the Correct Harrah’s Property

Harrah’s is a hotel and casino brand with multiple independently staffed destinations. Calling the property involved is usually the fastest route for:

  • Front-desk and room complaints
  • Hotel folios and resort charges
  • Housekeeping or maintenance problems
  • Restaurant and bar complaints
  • Casino-floor service
  • Lost property
  • Security incidents
  • Accessibility accommodations
  • Local entertainment and event questions
  • Parking, valet and transportation issues

Caesars says individual addresses and telephone numbers are available through its property directory and at the bottom of each property’s official webpage.

Harrah’s Reservations, Changes and Cancellations

Call 1-800-223-7277 for assistance making or locating a reservation. Existing reservations may also be managed through Caesars.com when the booking qualifies for online changes.

Before calling, have the following information available:

  • Guest’s full name
  • Harrah’s property and destination
  • Reservation confirmation number
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Email address used for the booking
  • Room type and rate booked
  • Third-party booking service, if applicable

If the room was booked through an online travel agency, group organizer or other third party, changes and refunds may need to be requested through that company.

Harrah’s Hotel Billing and Refund Complaints

Request a final hotel folio from the property before disputing a room charge. Compare the folio with the reservation confirmation and payment-card statement.

Common hotel billing concerns include:

  • Incorrect room rate
  • Unexpected resort or destination fees
  • Duplicate room charges
  • Parking or valet charges
  • Restaurant or room-service charges
  • Security deposits or authorization holds
  • Cancellation or no-show charges
  • Delayed refunds

Ask the property to identify each disputed charge and provide the expected release or refund timeframe in writing. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge, and the bank may control how quickly a released hold disappears.

Room, Housekeeping and Maintenance Complaints

Report cleanliness, maintenance, noise or room-condition problems to the front desk as soon as they are discovered. Give the property an opportunity to inspect the room and offer a repair, cleaning, room change or other resolution.

Document significant problems with photographs and note when the issue was reported. Do not photograph other guests or employees in private areas.

Safety concerns: Contact hotel security or the front desk immediately for threatening behavior, a damaged door lock, unauthorized entry or another active safety concern. Call 911 when someone is injured or in immediate danger. Do not rely on a public review for emergency assistance.

Casino, Gaming and Jackpot Questions

Casino rules, rewards, jackpots, disputes and gaming regulations vary by property and jurisdiction. Begin with the casino supervisor, slot attendant, table-games supervisor or security department at the location involved.

Record the date, approximate time, game or machine information, location on the casino floor and names of the departments contacted. If a regulated gaming dispute remains unresolved, consult the gaming regulator for the state or tribal jurisdiction where the casino operates.

Harrah’s Restaurant and Entertainment Complaints

Contact the restaurant manager, venue manager or property Guest Services department for concerns involving food quality, service, reservations, show tickets or accessibility.

Keep the receipt, reservation details, event date and ticket confirmation. Tickets purchased through a third-party ticket company may be subject to that seller’s refund and cancellation rules.

Caesars Rewards at Harrah’s

Harrah’s participates in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program. Contact Caesars Rewards for login problems, missing Reward Credits, Tier Credits, membership cards and tier-status questions.

How to Escalate a Harrah’s Complaint

  1. Begin with the department involved, such as the front desk, restaurant, casino or reservations team.
  2. Request the department manager or manager on duty.
  3. Provide the reservation number, property, dates and concise description of the problem.
  4. State the resolution requested, such as a corrected bill, refund review, room change or written response.
  5. Ask for a case, incident or reference number.
  6. Submit the concern through the Caesars written question form if it remains unresolved.
  7. Keep hotel folios, receipts, photographs, emails and previous responses.

A corporate office is not normally the first contact for an active reservation, room problem, restaurant issue or casino-floor concern. Start with the property because its management can access local records and employee information.

Harrah’s Customer Service Reviews and Complaints

CustomerServiceNumbers.com displays five retained property-related Harrah’s reviews from 2015 and 2016. The reviews are historical and all carry three-star ratings.

The reviews describe concerns involving front-desk treatment, difficulty obtaining a response to a complaint, room cleanliness, reservation routing, casino amenities and restaurant service. Several reviews concern different Harrah’s locations, so they should not be interpreted as a current service pattern at every property.

When leaving a new review, identify the Harrah’s location, approximate visit date, department involved and steps already taken. Do not publish a reservation confirmation, Caesars Rewards number, room number during an active stay, payment information or private employee information.

Harrah’s Corporate Office Information

Harrah’s operates as a Caesars Entertainment brand. Caesars Entertainment currently lists the following address and telephone number for general corporate inquiries:

Caesars Entertainment, Inc.
One Caesars Palace Drive
Las Vegas, NV 89109
1-702-407-6000

The corporate number is secondary to property customer service. Use the appropriate Harrah’s property or 1-800-223-7277 for reservations, hotel issues and guest complaints.

Additional headquarters information is available on the Harrah’s Corporate Office page.

Harrah’s Las Vegas NV Disappointing Front Desk Experience

February 19, 2016

Harrah’s, I would like to have this email directed to a corporate VP someone in charge of Desk and Reservations for Harrah’s in Las Vegas. I have been stone walled for over a year trying get satisfaction for the way I was treated by the hotel Manager. I am 61 years old been going to Harrah’s since the 1970s spent tens of thousands staying there and playing and really enjoying my vacations.Well as time goes on I now have a tidy pension can travel but what is different I need to save my money to go on vacation. I might want to mention I am a small share holder for your group. Let me be the first to mention I am a pest because I have been treated terribly by your front desk manager and wanted and expected an apology. Her condescending attitude and arrogance were horrible and she needs sensitivity training when it comes to dealing with the public. She may have been having a bad day but when I questioned some charges she treated me like crap turned her back on me and walked away. I have sent many e mails I have been trying to get someone’s attention but she blocks all my (and I must say I have left many many e-mails and they were annoying) but by God I have not received one answer for all my mails. I will not give up until I have the attention of at least one VP of Customer service contact me. Harrah’s is a large casino so you don’t see how many people are not returning because of the treatment they are getting from this Rev. Desk Manager. Please if you don’t believe me just have a person walk into Harrah’s meet with her about an issue and let the fireworks begin. I have stayed there for years. I am playing in the main event of the WSOP plus will be here In June to play another WSOP tournament. I arrive June 1 – 6 the . Staying at another resort but in all honesty, I miss Harrah’s. I know you know a lot of VP in the Harrah’s group. I am asking you to send this along to one of them and maybe it can get to the right person. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Harrah’s Disappointing Experience

August 13, 2015

Harrah’s, Had the worst Hotel experience Ever! The room was filthy! Carpet was scattered with debris. The nightstand had a standing spill on it. Had not been dusted in a while! The toilet actually had urine drops on it! The shower curtain was covered with mold. How can a housekeeper not take care of these things…mold? Really? Am I at Harrahs? The phone was broken and needed to call security one night for someone kicking my door and screaming. They replaced it the night before we left. I have to stop because I am out of room, but there is a lot more! I was so disappointed. They have lost the desire to please customers. Seems like the competition springing up everywhere would keep them on top of things. The casino was unkept also. The smoking area provided very few ashtrays and cigarette butts were everywhere. Empty drink cups and bottles were all over!

Harrah’s Laughlin NV Restaurant Issue

May 18, 2015

Harrah’s, Stayed at Harrah’s Laughlin May 7,8,9,10th of 2015. Went to Guy Fieris new restaurant. Food was expensive and he needs to rework the menu. Paid for a wet burrito, $2.00 extra. It came out looked like sauce may have been waved over it but not wet. Ask for more sauce and was told would be an extra charge. No comment cards to fill out they were out of them. The cashier was sorry but could do nothing. Most of the tables that got burritos left them on the plate and removed the contents so they could eat them, Would not return here.
