NASCAR Customer Service, Shop Orders and Ticket Help

NASCAR customer service is divided among several different organizations and departments. NASCAR.com handles digital accounts, Fan Rewards, Fantasy games, mobile apps, and scanner products. Individual racetracks handle most race-ticket and event questions. NASCAR Shop merchandise orders are handled through Fanatics.

Use the support route that matches your issue. Calling NASCAR.com support about a merchandise return or contacting the NASCAR Shop about a race ticket may delay the resolution.

NASCAR Customer Service Phone Numbers and Contact Information

NASCAR.com Digital Customer Support

The NASCAR.com number and support email are intended for digital products such as NASCAR.com accounts, NASCAR Fan Rewards, Fantasy games, scanner audio, mobile apps, and other NASCAR digital services. They are not the primary contacts for NASCAR Shop merchandise or racetrack ticket orders.

NASCAR Shop Customer Service

NASCAR Shop is operated by Fanatics under agreements with NASCAR Digital Media. Fanatics handles online-store orders, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, gift cards, Shop promotions, and merchandise customer service.

  • Password-reset problems
  • NASCAR Fan Rewards points or account status
  • Fantasy-game questions
  • NASCAR Mobile App problems
  • NASCAR Track App problems

NASCAR Race Tickets and Event Questions

Contact the ticket office for the specific racetrack when the issue concerns:

  • Purchasing race tickets
  • Locating an existing ticket order
  • Mobile-ticket delivery
  • Ticket transfers
  • Seat locations
  • Accessible seating
  • Parking or camping passes
  • Weather delays or postponements
  • Event cancellation policies
  • Ticket exchanges or credits
  • Track-entry requirements
  • Hospitality packages

Use NASCAR’s official schedule or the racetrack’s official website to locate the correct ticket-office number. Track offices can have different hours, refund rules, weather policies, and event procedures.

If tickets were purchased from a resale marketplace, ticket broker, travel package, credit-card rewards portal, hospitality provider, or another third party, contact that seller first. The racetrack may be unable to refund or modify an order processed by another company.

NASCAR Shop Merchandise Orders

Contact NASCAR Shop Fan Services at 1-866-290-4569 for:

  • Order status
  • Missing confirmation emails
  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or damaged packages
  • Incorrect merchandise
  • Returns and exchanges
  • Customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Shop promotions
  • Merchandise billing
  • Shop accessibility assistance

How to Track a NASCAR Shop Order

Customers who ordered while signed in can review the order through their NASCAR Shop account. Customers who checked out as guests can use the Track Order page.

Have the following available:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Billing postal code
  • Shipping address
  • Product description
  • Tracking number when available

Once an order ships, NASCAR Shop normally sends a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information. Different products in the same order may have different processing times and may ship separately.

Contact Fan Services when:

  • No confirmation email was received and you cannot locate the order
  • The order status has not updated
  • The estimated delivery date has passed
  • The carrier shows delivery but the package cannot be found
  • Only part of a multi-item order arrived

How to Cancel or Change a NASCAR Shop Order

Sign in to the NASCAR Shop account or open the Track Order page as soon as possible.

  1. Locate the order.
  2. Look for the “Need To Modify Order?” option.
  3. Select “Cancel Order” when available.
  4. Choose the cancellation reason.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.
  6. Save the updated order status and confirmation.

An order can be canceled only while the modification option remains available. Once processing or production has advanced, Fan Services may be unable to change the address, size, product, quantity, or payment information.

Customized and personalized items generally cannot be modified after submission. Review names, numbers, spelling, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before completing the purchase.

NASCAR Shop Return Policy

Most eligible NASCAR Shop merchandise can be returned within 90 days. Different deadlines and exclusions can apply.

  • Most eligible merchandise: 90-day return period
  • Trusted Partner merchandise: Generally 30 days from shipment
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise: Report within 45 days of shipment
  • Eligible exchanges: Generally within 60 days of delivery

Returnable merchandise must ordinarily be unworn and include the original tags and labels. Products that do not meet the return conditions may be denied a refund or exchange.

NASCAR Shop Items That May Not Be Returnable

Current exclusions include:

  • Custom or personalized merchandise
  • Clearance products marked Final Sale or non-returnable
  • Trading cards
  • Game-used merchandise
  • Vintage merchandise
  • Certain sealed or specialty collectibles
  • Merchandise purchased at a racetrack or venue

Venue purchases must generally be returned to the venue or seller that completed the transaction. The NASCAR online Shop may not have access to an in-person track purchase.

How to Start a NASCAR Shop Return

  1. Sign in to the Shop account or open Track Order.
  2. Select the order.
  3. Choose “Start a Return or Exchange” when displayed.
  4. Select the item and reason.
  5. Choose the available return method.
  6. Save the QR code, return label, or instructions.
  7. Keep the carrier receipt and tracking information.

Available return methods may include a Happy Returns location or a prepaid UPS label. The displayed options depend on the item, order, location, and eligibility.

Do not mail merchandise to the NASCAR corporate office or the NASCAR SuperStore Fan Services correspondence address unless Fan Services provides written return instructions.

NASCAR Shop Return Fees and Refunds

A current U.S. prepaid return-label fee of $9.99 may be deducted from the refund. The fee is generally covered when the return results from a NASCAR Shop error, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

The return fee may also be waived when an eligible customer chooses a NASCAR Shop e-gift-card refund. The refund method selected through the portal may be final.

Original shipping charges are generally not refunded.

After an eligible return is received and processed, a card refund may take an additional two to seven business days to appear. The financial institution controls the final posting time.

NASCAR Shop Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are generally available within 60 days of delivery for certain single-item, single-quantity orders shipped within the United States or Canada.

An exchange may be available only for:

  • The same product
  • A different size
  • The original shipping address

Color, style, and product substitutions may not be offered through the exchange system. When an exchange is unavailable, the customer may need to return the item and place a separate order.

Approved exchanges currently include return and replacement shipping. The replacement normally ships after the carrier scans the original return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect NASCAR Merchandise

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise within 45 days of shipment.

Keep:

  • The order number
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The product tag and item number
  • A description of the damage or error

Contact Fan Services before paying to return an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. An eligible no-cost replacement or refund may be available.

Missing or Stolen NASCAR Shop Packages

If tracking shows delivery but the package is missing:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and secure locations.
  3. Ask household members, building staff, and nearby neighbors.
  4. Review any delivery photograph.
  5. Contact the shipping carrier.
  6. Contact NASCAR Shop Fan Services.

Keep the order number, tracking record, carrier case number, delivery photograph, and any security-camera footage. A replacement or refund is not automatic and depends on the investigation and order circumstances.

NASCAR Shop Merchandise Purchased at a Racetrack

Merchandise sold at a NASCAR race may be operated by a track, team, driver vendor, manufacturer, licensed retailer, or another concessionaire.

For a venue purchase, keep:

  • The receipt
  • Seller or booth name
  • Track and event
  • Purchase date
  • Product tags
  • Payment record

The NASCAR online Shop may not be able to locate, exchange, or refund a purchase made at a track. Contact the seller identified on the receipt.

NASCAR Tickets, Postponements, and Refunds

There is no single ticket-refund rule covering every NASCAR event. The applicable policy depends on the racetrack, event, ticket type, seller, and reason for the schedule change.

Before buying tickets, review:

  • Postponement and rescheduling terms
  • Refund or credit eligibility
  • Mobile-ticket requirements
  • Transfer and resale rules
  • Parking and camping terms
  • Accessible-seating procedures
  • Prohibited items
  • Weather and entry policies

For an event postponed because of weather, keep the original ticket until the track announces whether it will be honored on a rescheduled date.

NASCAR Broadcast and Streaming Complaints

NASCAR events may appear on broadcast networks, cable channels, streaming platforms, or regional services under current media agreements.

Contact the broadcaster, streaming service, cable provider, or app-store billing platform for:

  • Subscription charges
  • Blackouts or regional availability
  • Streaming login problems
  • Device compatibility
  • Picture or audio failures originating with the provider
  • Subscription cancellation
  • Provider-issued refunds

Contact NASCAR digital support when the issue concerns NASCAR.com, the NASCAR app, NASCAR scanner audio, NASCAR Drive, Fantasy, or another NASCAR-operated digital feature.

NASCAR Fan Rewards Support

Contact NASCAR digital support for:

  • Missing points
  • Incorrect account status
  • Check-in or activity errors
  • Reward-redemption questions
  • Account access
  • Program eligibility

Do not publicly post a Fan Rewards member number, account email, reward code, password, or redemption confirmation containing personal information.

NASCAR Account Access and Privacy Requests

Use the NASCAR Support Center for password recovery, email verification, account questions, and account deletion.

NASCAR’s digital privacy office can be reached by mail at:

NASCAR Digital Media, LLC
Legal Department – Privacy Office
One Daytona Boulevard
Daytona Beach, FL 32114

NASCAR Shop has a separate Fanatics-operated privacy policy and privacy-request process. A NASCAR digital-account privacy request may not automatically delete NASCAR Shop order records, while a Shop request may not delete a NASCAR Fan Rewards or Fantasy account.

NASCAR Scam and Impersonation Warnings

Be cautious of callers, websites, social-media accounts, or messages that:

  • Claim you won a NASCAR prize but demand an advance payment
  • Offer unusually discounted tickets outside an authorized platform
  • Request gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers
  • Ask for a password or one-time security code

  • Claim an order requires immediate payment through an unrelated app
