I ordered curtains from Lakeside Collections. The price listed on the invoice I received was higher than the sale price listed on the internet. According to the internet notice, I won't receive the rest of my curtains until sometime in April. I received a cold and abrasive e-mail notice from Lakeside which seemed to me to imply that I had deliberately not paid them enough with my personal check. They didn't admit that, by the sale price listed on the internet, they had overcharged me. Sale Price Panel Pair: $13.95/Their price $19.12. Sale Price Valance: $4.95/Their price $6.78. Sale Price Swag Pair $7.95/Their price $10.90.

I have shopped with you a long time and have always been satisfied. For Christmas I bought my daughter a beautiful center piece for her table. It has a glass vase in the middle. It is blacke wrought iron and is surrounded by 87 novice candle holders which are made of glass. One of them is badly cracked. Can I purchase a replacement? I submited and received a childs rider yesterday. I had specifically indicated that it should go to another address in South Dakota. Instead I received the package and it is a birthday present. I would like to have this package picked up and then sent to the South Dakota address ASAP. I have already been charged $9.95 for shipping and I am not willing to pay anymore.
