Problems with chair from Wayfair

I ordered a dual-seat recliner, but it came with the center panel missing. Every time I have spoken to the customer service representative, they tell me it will be ship will be, then the last time I spoke to them, it will be shipped May 25. Called on June 1 was told that they would let us know. We have not heard from anyone. I am paying every month now, and we are having more problems with the left side not going down. Again was told someone would come check on it, nothing either get it fixed or come pick it up cause I am really tired, OK, no help. It has been since April.

I thought Wayfair was a classy store!

I cancelled the out of stock curio and bought a different one instead. Today the cancelled curio was delivered to my door! Whats going on? The other curio was in the foyer where the deliverers could see it. When you cancel something months ago, it should be cancelled. I thought wayfair was a classy store. Won’t pay a fee for their mistake and will be reluctant to buy anything from them in the future!
