  1. I am very disappointed with the Veggie Balls, that I bought Mother’s Day week, while visiting the Fishers, Indiana store. They are horrible and taste more like “pea” balls. The first time I made a sweat & sour sauce and was put off by the strong pea flavor. Last night I tried them in a red pasta sauce and they made the sauce tast like peas…..blah! Bag info: 031429A. 24022018, expiration date 2019 Feb 24. I live an hour away and have no reason to drive to the store to return “Pea Balls”!

  2. Agree 100%!! I had a couple of problems – 2 items had manufacturing flaws, one was even marked with red tape, yet they were still packaged and sold. Also had missing screws on one item. Their customer service is useless. You have to stay on hold forever and there is no resolution to defective items other than a return to store – 2 hours away one way – not feasible. Either they need to improve their product quality control or they need to improve customer service. I’m done!!!

  3. Worst customer service ever. IKEA staff (in store, regional and national) all tell you different stories about the availability of products. I have been calling them for 2 weeks, each time being told that my purchase will arrive in a month. Then I get an email from another representative telling me that my order is too large that it can’t be delivered. That is such nonsense! My order is one tiny closet. Anyway, national customer service is telling me that IT IS IN FACT deliverable.

    Believe me, these folks don’t know how to communicate with each other. This is not the way we do business in America!

  4. If you need help or want to ask a question forget the phone. They don’t know what cutomer serevice is. They ask what store is closest to you or where you bought the product but you can’t actually talk to any one there. While on hold their system just hangs up on you after going through all the promps.

  5. I cannot get a real person to help me design. Y master closet and kitchen pantry. Why!!!!????

    I thought you would love a huge order! I know what we want and the house is still in the building process!

    So, do I go elsewhere? Like the Amanda’s?

  6. THE INSTRUCTION IS INCOMPLETE AND LACKS SOME INSC[NTRUCTIONS AS WELL AS MISSING SIX PAGESI.

Unbelievably unsupportive customer support service …my delivery was incorrect order and I has been four days of phone calls t try to have it rede liveried … Being put on hold for 40 min at a time then disconnected and have to start all over again with a new agent ..still no re delver date and feels like being ignored…will never shop Ikea again ??

  8. Do not ever buy a kitchen from ikea.. This has been the worst customer service ever. When will I ever get the 10 pieces that are missing ??? I think never. Have you ever had to count 275 items ? I had to compare a 10page receipt with what we were delivered !
