8/19/2010 I like the way your phone number on the back of your credit card is illegible due to your name being stamped on the front right over it.

6/14/2010 I have never received a Walmart Credit card yet I am 120 days late for a payment. This is the only bad credit I have and is standing in the way of me refinancing my house. Since I have never received a credit card, I have no idea of the account number or the phone number on the back of my card which they continue to request. The number to dial is 877-294-7880

5/12/2010 I bought a laptop and there were supposed to be no other charges but after two months no bill has come and so I'm wondering what is going on and where are the charges mounting from 370 dollar laptop. So I came here to get a phone number and find out WHERE IN HELL IS MY BILL? AND WHY IS IT SO LATE? THIS should BE a class action lawsuit process.

2/25/2010 The phone number 1-866-888-3868 worked just as you said on the webpage of WalMart ctedit card comments. I called at 6:30 AM for a shorter hold. There was none. I gave her the problem of my wife never having received a card after placing a request online. I did NOT have the credit card number, but I did have the four last digits the Emailed advertisements included. By my wife's SSN, she found the account and it was cancelled. No one received the card by error was apparent since the car had never been registered. Since we now did not need a card, it was cancelled by me. The main drawback: I had to wake my wife up early to verify the information. There is no confirmation number or mail or Email contact from GEM given in this service, but I will write a letter to GEM with my own confirmation. I hope this helps. My suggestion: Stay the hell away from this card! Ike Hedger Griffin, GA

9/28/2009 Hello, my lives in El Paso Texas. Around July 2009 she went to a Wal-Mart store and applied for credit. She got approved to for about $2000.00 dollars credit. The problem is that my mother is 87 years old, she don't have a home, or any form of income other than food stamps. In addition my mother does not know how to write or read, and doesn't speak a word of English. I would like to know what the guidelines are to qualify for credit at Wal-Mart. Furthermore, the questions is, Is Wal-Mart taking advantage of senior citizens, or is it pure greed?

9/16/2009 I am so stressed out regarding my Wal-Mart bill and the many number of employees I have spoken with via telephone that I am now writing a letter to GE. I pay my bill electronically and quite frankly am guilty of misguided trust with Wal-Mart. I did not discover until yesterday that I have been being charged for Card Security since March. I did not sign up for this service and it runs between $70.00 - $90.00 per month. Depending upon the formula that is used. Between this unwarranted charge and the high interest rate, I figure approximately $10.00 is going on my balance. My bill is always paid on time and in an amount more than required. But, I am banging my head against the wall when it comes to talking with people at Wal-Mart. I truthfully do not think if the script was taken from them, they would know what to say or how to answer my questions. I have spoken with the Card Security Department and all these employees do is hype how great a program it is. Refuse to cancel it or take the amounts off of my account. I shall no longer shop at Wal-Mart and have been a loyal customer for a great many years. I even worked for your biggest competitor, yet shopped at Wal-Mart. Even applied for a job. No longer. Wal-Mart will be passed by. No more pulling into their parking lot for anything.
