5/17/2012 I keepgetting the same email! "dear customer, your order has been successfully canceled. For your reference.... blah blah blah. I have never even heard of the titles that they say I have ordered and I dont even use AMAZON.COM.. What the HELL!!!!!!

2/23/2012 1-800-201-7575 worked for me. I reached a Amazon.com very pleasant customer representative within seconds. Unfortunately, my problem was not completely resolved. I had purchased an inexpensive but durable 30 piece glassware set. One of the glasses arrived damaged. In order to receive a replacement glass, I would have to return the extremely heavy complete set just to have the one glass replaced. "One complete set had to exchange for another complete set." However, I was offered a refund for the one glass. A similar situation occurred when I ordered a 40 something piece Mikasa dinner setting from another on-line store. Overstock.com replaced just the damaged items, without requiring me to return the damage items. I even offered to e-mail a photo of the items for proof. I was told not to bother.
