I had a hard time getting credit for a purchase on my credit card. One associate hung up on me.I got Tiffany, it was nice to hear a pleasant voice and thanks Tiffanny the problem has been solved.You are a credit to Walmart, thanks to you i have faith in people that cares. Don't hit the * key repeatedly; it'll just repeat the menu a few times, then disconnect you. Press the first menu choice you want, then hit 5 for a rep. (I used 2 for returns, then 5 for a rep, but other initial menus might have a different number for a rep.)

I just spent 25 minutes trying to find a phone number to try and reach a PERSON try try and handle one simple RETURN question! Now, I sit on hold! I will not order from Walmart.com again! This was the first, and last time. My mistake. Wait time - they say is 3 minutes more... I have other things to do - guess they don't know that... :( They get an F for cust service!

4/16/2012 I recently saw a web comment from wal-mart stating they don't sell pick-slime meat products, so i took myself to the local wal-mart and bought a 10lb pkg of ground beef upon opening it i find a pgk of substance that says ground beef,but is beyound my ability to tell i took pictures of said product. for any and all to see I'd would gladly send you a copy.

Why did Walmart chair the committee at the American Legislative Exchange in 2005 that drafted the model legislation for the stand your ground law? Why is Walmart still supporting ALEC when it has been shown that ALEC is a front for corporations and lobbyists?

I purchased a outdoor patio sectional. The original estimate for delivery to my house was $175.00. We opted for the free delivery to Walmart and then borrowed a truck to pick it up. We picked it up at the store and when we got it home and opened it we discovered they had shipped the wrong color. I contacted walmart.com and they did not respond. However, I called the 800 number and they took care of the issue. In fact, they arranged to have the item (177 lbs) picked up at my house at no expense. Furthermore, they are shipping the correct item directly to my house at no cost. All in all, we were unhappy with getting the wrong color but they ended up making the purrchase right.

I am returning all my Walmart purchases including Easter candy and will not shop at the store or site unless Walmart ceases participation with ALEC. I do not support the " stand your ground law" which resulted in the killing of Trayvon Martin and will not support any business or product that tacitly endorses such a heinous crime. And if CocaCola can leave ALEC, well, so can Walmart- that is- if they want the good faith support of educated thoughtful consumers.

I Purchased a Magnavox DVD recorder for $78.00. I had looked the item up on the internet and it showed the price of $98.xx. OK so far. I purchased the item at the store. The model number on both the store item and the internet item was ZC320MW8B. When I got my purchase home and opened it to start the hookup I ran into a statement that this unit did not have an internal tuner. Therefore it could only play but NOT record without an external tuner. I contacted the internet customer assistance and after the person called up the item and check all the information I was informed that it was a complete recorder/player unit. The model number was confirmed on both units as the same. What's he deal, I don't want to wind up with two expensive dvd players and no recorder. Please Email me an answer. Thanks PS. I recently ordered a computer from Walmart. The specs were pretty good; 8 GB RAM, 2 TB HDD, etc... a much needed improvement over my last desktop. The price seemed pretty good, as well. When the computer was delivered, however, it was not the computer I ordered. In fact, it was insanely inferior in all respects; 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, etc... I contacted Walmart and we agreed (through an affidavit) that I would have the incorrect computer picked up to be shipped back and a new order, with the correct computer, would be on it's way. Today, I got the new order and... wait for it... I got the exact same WRONG computer delivered to me, again! WTF?! I now have to try to explain to another person, over the phone, why I have 2 of the same, wrong computer sitting in my house, waiting to be shipped back and hope that the next time I get a computer shipped to me, it's the right one. (I would just buy it somewhere else, but Walmart and every other retailer now sells the computer for about $350 more than what I paid for it, so... yeah, that's not happening.) If this problem isn't fixed for me soon, I don't know what I'm going to do...
