4/11/2012 Mint.com provides no customer service or support. The closet that Mint.com comes to customer service/support is to offer is a link to a customer forum for the customer to fix their own problem. It is ridicously that they have known issue that being posted since October 2011 but absolutely no care to even reply. Mint.com has no direct customer service. It is hilarous that you see some defend this lack of customer be the notion it is a free site. Well, they make their money off of advertisers and product suggestions. DUH! They can generate income. You might think of Google as being free. But, they know they are only as good as the number of users they attract to the browser and other offering that generate add income. Consumers should spread the word. LEAVE MINT.COM!

2/16/2012 i just joined mint.com and was so happy with this service, but just like everyone else, until i needed some help. have sent emails and no response. Realllllyyy?? no customer service reps to talk to. I am EXTREMELY dissapointed and this is frustrating!! fix this or you're going to lose a lot of customers!

12/30/2011 Glad I read these comments before I spent to much time. over an hour trying to sign up and then I read the comments. Lets see if anyone contacts me. Thanks Carolyn 12/22/2011 I agree it's free and pretty good. I have a business account attached with my personal account, so it ask me for two security ID & Passwords. Mint.com was not set up that way only one, so every time it hits my account trying to get information, it fails and causes my bank after 3 tries to have to reset my password for both accounts each and every DAY!!!!!!!! This has happen for over a year, How would you like that???? I tried to contact someone like the others no human or response to my emails. Do you have any idea how dangerous it is to let someone go into your bank acconunt every day and have no one to contact. I think it is a serious breach of security and plan to contact my congressman about it. Intuit bought Mint.com so I am calling them. Beware YOUR FINE UNTIL YOU DO HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!! Carolyn

11/22/2011 WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT HAVING A HUMAN BEING AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLIENTS??? This may be a free service for users but you're making money off the "suggestion" ads on every page and alert! So put that money to work for the people you're supposed to be serving! It is POINTLESS to send emails so I've stopped bothering to - BECAUSE YOU DON'T RESPOND TO THEM! It's no wonder you don't have a contact number: why pay for a phone line when you wouldn't answer that either?!! You have until December 1st for a HUMAN to contact me or I'm gone too!!

10/31/2011 Your customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. If I could talk to a human the problem would be resolved in about 5 minutes. My only issue was that I needed my password reset and your system would not even allow me to that that. I then used a different e-mail address to create a new account and this worked but then you wanted my bank account number. Are you kidding me? I don't give that information to someone who says their product is free. How am I to trust you when you don't even have a phone number to resolve issues. You have lost a potential customer. I know I am only one person but from the comments I have read this will add up. It's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sounds like an upper management problem. Get a clue!!!! Mitch H.

10/19/2011 I can't login, so cancel the whole account.NOW..I can't call u to get this resolved so put me out of my misery, and shut it down. Send evidence that this was done. Next time let people call when having problems,

10/2/2011 I have three e-mail inquiries regarding the identical topic into Mint.com over a three week period and cannot seem to get a response. So much for customer support. Frustrating.

9/24/2011 Mint was great until acquired by Quiken and now after 6-8 weeks of not so helpful email exchanges, I am leaving them. Funny, I left Quiken a couple of years ago to get away from their forced, paid upgrades and found Mint a delight. Then Quicken bought them.....ugh! Anyone find good, solid alternative solutions you like?

9/20/2011 I could find a 'human' at Mint Customer Service to talk to either. I emailed back and forth and the problem is not fixed for 2 months. SO DISAPPOINTED.

7/30/2011 Is there ANY WAY I can talk to a 'human' at Mint Customer Service.......your web page does not allow me to explain my problem..(like talking to a robot!!!...let alone get an answer..If I'm not allowed to speak to a person.......is is possible to get the e-mail address of a named person at Mint...??? Mint is a GREAT service.......BUT of no value if you are unable to get it to work for you..............THANKS

6/18/2011 Please contact me about a security concern as soon as possible. I guess you realize that not being able to call you is more than frustrating. I am leaving for the summer and need to address this important issue immediately. Please email me at @gmail.com asap.
