I see i am not the only one being robbed by thee people. in fact, they don’t deserve to be called people. it’s a trickery thing and i demand you stop charging for something i do not(and will not) use. Attorney General loves these types of scams.

Can a customer purchase anything on lately without being badgered to sign up for PRIME MEMBERSHIP. It is very difficult to order anything from Amazon without them throwing up roadblocks to sucker the customer into signing up for PRIME Membership.

PRIME must really SUCK when the Amazon Company insists on tricking and forcing it on their customers. I’ve even seem some items that are not available to customers who choose not to sign up for PRIME. This sure looks like underhanded, or shady, or even discriminatory, business practice to me. Can we as consumers do anything about this current AMAZON shady business practice?

locked out of my account. they sent charges to my credit card that said books books books, did not order. I bought food toilet paper etc I cancelled my credit card and now they say I did not pay , I did correct the charges as being correct and paid mycredit card now amazon says I did not pay. so I am in a never ending loop of he said I said. bottom line. I ordered and I paid. I called waiting for them to reply? all there fault. too lazy to list my actual purchases.

I was charge for AmazonPrime membership which I did sign up for. Being trying to speak to someone in billing and I just the run around.

Cant get a number for customer service to ask about something that showed up in my email that I don’t want to open. The number off the web site is useless. Really, this is a million dollar company???? That treats people like this.

They need to be held accountable. Like many others, I was assured 3 months ago they’ d stop these charges I didn’t sign for(“amazon prime”). PEOPLE: we need to get serious with amazon, stop being so nice! My next call to them is to let them know I will do everything in my power to cit their business way down until they fix this. Maybe they should NOT BE ALLOWED to OPERATE AT ALL meanwhile.

ok All hell’s going to break lose. I did NOT ask for Amazon Prime. I cannot even afford that membership. Why would I opt for it. Demanding money back NOW.

I see there seems to be a common thread here. I too was debited for memebership with prime that I never signed up for. I emailed them and was told they can seem to find a debit for me but yet there it is on CC statement. I had never even heard of Prime Video untill I saw it on my statement. I was informed to phone customer care to deal with the issue over the phone. Heres my problem, I live in South Africa so who is going to refund me for the international call? What are the chances I will be holding on for a while. I have 2 debits for R56.08 each (not sure what that is in dollars) but I want them refunded and whatever membership in on there cancelled.

I had same exact issue I finally found number took so long to find I was told sorry they will refund money so they only refunded half they promised even got email stating the money amount promised so plz make sure to get full refund call them again n again til fixed cuz they will continue to bill account I was clueless until 300$ was missing I never agreed either how they legally can take ur card is beyond me they did apologize many times but where’s all my $ lol bottom line don’t agree to 2 day shipping they automatically enroll u in prime don’t accept fire tablets they enroll u as well

also scammed by this number by using a google search of “amazon prime customer service”. they informed me that someone in germany was using my account “as we spoke” and they tried to give me a website so they could remotely access my computer (all while asking what i did for a living and if i was single). red flag. the rep then told me that the only way to receive my refund was for a kiss. (i was furious and asked to speak with a supervisor (still completely unsure of what exactly was happening) the supervisor informed me that i could get a refund if i “kissed his jerk”

these people are horrendous.

real amazon #866-216-1072 – they were extremely helpful and courtesy even after i was upset regarding my first dilemma. the rep also went along with my requests of him verifying that this time i was in fact calling the correct number.

Wish I had seen this before I dialed this number thinking it was AMazon. It is a scam, they try to take over your computer remotely. I fell for it for a few minutes.

how the hell does someone get hold of a real person at amazom.

I bought 2 cell phones on August 17 with a cover. The 3 of them appear as delivered in your site on Aug the 30th, but I only received the cover. I have already waited for more than 2 weeks. It appears as the carrier was AMZL US.which has no number to contact. I am very concerned, this has never happened before and I think i have already waited too long. The seller contacted me to know my satisfaction level, but I never received the products. I can’t find a way to solve this problem and I would like my money back.

I have had an account with this company since 1988. Today 5/5/2014 I can not open my account and I can not get a new password. All I get are crazy symbols to retype and it just keep going in a circle back and forth nothing goes beyond this point. Of course there is so phone number costumer service for this exact problem. NO HELP CAN NOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN NO LONGER USE MY ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. FINE GOOD BYE I WILL FIND A MORE HELPFUL COMPANY TO BUY FROM. OH YES I DO HAVE A WORKING OLD FASHION PHONE NUMBER NOT THAT I EXPECT TO EVER HEAR FROM YOU
