  1. I was on the phone twice with them. Both times 30 min. on hold. Just wanted to get a new antenna because the old one did not work. I then went online to chat. Told them what was going on. They then told me to call another number?? What the? So I can be on hold for another 30 min. No thanks. Really bad customer service!! I keep asking myself way I am with this company, When they don’t care about their customers or their time!!

  2. after reading the stories ,I am very scare to deal with XM. I purchased a Toyota Camry in 2011 and the XM radio is almost shut down indicating “not authorize”. I call XM and they telling me that my dealer package as expired and I must renew immediately or extra service charges will apply plus the $149.00 and $11.00 for royalties. I am glad I read the comment on your website to not give them my credit info… thank you…

  3. The music plan suits my taste, but getting the Customer Service people to help is a lost cause.

The biggest complaint from all is the fact that they know nothing, keep repeating annoying

taught phrases and are impossible to understand. XM must not read these complaints or

just must not care – they have all the business / customers they need.

  4. I would be more interested in subscribing to Sirius if I could understand the employees that work there. Also it is very expensive. Hire English speaking americans.

  5. After I bought my new truck got xm radio for year after that year I went off kept getting calls to renew finally got on for 5months for 30.45 after that they shut it off again got a bill in the mail for 32.64 sent them a check and they said new renewal was for 15.99 month my 32.64 had been applied to account when it had been disconnected. When I purchase my new Dodge truck I’m gonna request a disconnect on XM Radio service.

  6. After hearing promotions on SiriusXM and meeting all terms and conditions, I decided to take out an additional subscription. When I contacted customer service I was told they were out and was denied the promotion Repeated calls got the same response while they continue to advertise the promotion via radio and internet. Worst CS I’ve EVER dealt with.

  7. If you eliminate all stations FOX, I WILL sign up with satellite radio for the next five years! Fox no-news should be kicked off radio and TV!!!!

  8. O.K. after reading the comments, I will re-think XM radio. But hello the company is not U.S. so the fact that the customer service is non-American should not be that much of a shock

  9. XM RADIO billed me twice for 1 year for 2 different addresses. Internet address is the same. 178.88 Will not refund my money. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT TELLING THEM. I MOVED. GAVE THEM NEW ADDRESS AND SAID EMAIL WAS THE SAME. THET JUST CACELED ME. NOW I AM OUT EVERYTHING I PAID FOR. FOR THE YEAR. I HATE THESE dummyS. WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. DON’T EVER DO AUTO PAY FROM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR ANYONE.

  10. I cannot believe that I get 2-3 phone calls daily (from three different exchanges, no less — 800, 855, 517), mailings, and even interruptions over the radio in my car trying to sell me this service! As far as I’m concerned it’s harassment. A little privacy, please. I am fully aware of how to subscribe. I’ve called and gotten people in the Phillipines and Costa Rica. I am in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Do they think they are providing me with a convenient service by calling me daily? I would love ALL of their personal cell phone numbers to be able to annoy them daily. (Like I could even find the time.) What kind of a sales strategy is this? Make me subscribe so the harassment stops? Why would I even give them my business? I asked to speak with someone who implements these sales tactics. Fat chance of that happening. The service could be more cost efficient if they didn’t choose to pay all those telemarketers!!! Ridiculous. Like I don’t have enough necessary bills to pay —- I should pay to listen to the radio? Really? Guess I’m just old and stupid. I’ve been listening to the radio for free my whole life.

  11. Sirius has just 2 Christian music channels, wants to cancel FOX News, uses Muslim customer service employees in Egypt, and automatically renews subscriptions without permission.

Enough said. Twisted company. Greedy, anti-American owners.

  13. Xmradio has the worst consumer service ever simply put they suck!!! You can’t speak to anyone that knows anything or can even speak English ! Even their online service doesn’t work I’ve registered for online manage and can never get logged in. If I could give xmradio a negative rating on a scale of 1 to 10 it would be a -10!
