My elgato worked fine for the first few days, but after over a month of faulty issues such as the system completely shutting down, the Elgato failing to record game footage, and although I am well aware that my television turns black when you activate the system, the fact that I have to deal with constant television glitches and problems while using my Elgato is a problem. I have attempted to use the Elgato for almost 12 hours now, and it still refuses to work. I want my $ back.
