This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The automated system is not updated to the current balance or payments. The wait, no matter what time I call, is always over 20 minutes and keeps disconnecting me. The automated call-back system doesn’t work; I am still waiting for two callbacks from yesterday and three from today. The email system is rejecting my ID and password. I keep trying to re-register, but the old ID in the system won’t let me. No matter what number I try, I have yet to speak with an agent, and my payment due date is today.
