  1. Dear Sir, I am not from Lenscrafters nor do I represent the sunglasses you purchased I am just a licensed optician in the state of Florida. I just wanted to let you know Lenscrafters is owned by Luxottica Group. They also own PERSOL sunglasses, they also own all Sears Optical, they also own all Pearle Vision centers. So in essence you just went from one dept to the other but you are still feeding the same company. I would recommend using an independent doctor or optician’s office.


  2. ILori store in the Millennia Mall Orlando Florida has the rudest manager! First of all she treated us as if we did not belong in the store. Then she asked if we needed help and when my daughter mentioned she works for a store that is owned by Luxottica and had earned a gift certificate she basically in her condescending voice said she could not use it in her store. Luxottica is a great company but needs to do some serious training in the attitudes of the managers at these high end stores. Never judge a book by it’s cover and every customer should be treated with respect! Shame on her!

  3. Luxottica is a very good company, i am very happy with your target optical in san mateo, ca. Edith, optical team leader is very knowledgeable and very professional, she knows what she is taking about and she can sell. In the past year, i recommended that store to my friends and they are very happy with the professionalism and sales customer service of the team leader, Edith is a one person sales machine. I have been also to your daly city store lately and the team leader is not very professional, all they want is to sell, its not what I expected. I will be going to the san mateo stores and i will recommend them to see the team leader there because she respects us customers and needs. Luxottica should promote her to retail customer service instructor. She has the qualifications, the professionalism and the knowledge. I assume she has an optician license, she is an asset to the company….my friends and I will not buy at any stores as long as all your associates are like her…..A very big ” bravo zulu” to Edith and her team..
