For RYOBI 18V ONE+, 40V, 80V, USB Lithium, chargers, battery charging issues, battery recycling, or possible battery defects, use official RYOBI support resources. Outdoor Power Equipment

For lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, pressure washers, generators, snow blowers, tillers, sprayers, or other outdoor power products, use the service and repair page, service center locator, manual, warranty page, or official customer service number.

Products Purchased at Home Depot

RYOBI tools are sold through The Home Depot in the United States. If your issue involves a return window, online order, delivery, damaged shipment, missing item, or receipt, Home Depot may need to handle the purchase-related part of the issue. For warranty, repair, product registration, replacement parts, or product support, contact RYOBI directly.

Recalls and Safety Notices

For recall, safety, or defect concerns, check RYOBI’s official Important Recall Information page. If a recall may apply to your product, follow official instructions from RYOBI or the appropriate safety agency.

40v leaf blower from Home Depot Shorts Out!

August 29, 2018

I purchased a 40v leaf blower, I purchased it from Home Depot in March 2018. Used it three times. Every time I hit the power switch the battery shorts out. I’ve gone through 2 batteries. They no longer work even on the weed walker and clippers which I also purchased. Went to Home Depot for help. They say there is nothing they can do, they only have a 30-day guaranty. What am I to do?
