Choose the Correct Kubota Support Route

Kubota support depends on whether your issue involves equipment, a local dealer, parts, service, warranty, financing, insurance, recalls, app support, manuals, or corporate contact.

  • General Kubota product support: Call 1-888-458-2682 or use the Kubota contact form.
  • Dealer sales, pricing, quotes, availability, or delivery: Contact the local authorized Kubota dealer first, then contact Kubota if the issue remains unresolved.
  • Warranty claim or repair: Use an authorized Kubota dealer. Kubota says warranty repairs and claims are handled through its authorized dealer network.
  • Parts, operator manuals, illustrated parts lists, or accessories: Use Kubota Parts & Service, K-Commerce, or your local dealer.
  • Kubota Credit financing, payments, payoff, or account access: Use KubotaCreditUSA.com or call the Kubota Credit numbers listed above.
  • KTAC insurance or equipment-damage claim: Contact KTAC Insurance Agency at 1-800-348-5802.
  • Recall or safety notice: Check Kubota Safety Notices and contact an authorized Kubota dealer for the official inspection or repair route.
  • My Kubota app, warranty status, maintenance logs, or manuals: Use My Kubota app support and Kubota online resources.
  • Engine-only support: Some engine and generator support may route through Kubota Engine America rather than Kubota Tractor Corporation.

Information To Have Ready Before Contacting Kubota

Before calling, submitting a support form, contacting a dealer, or filing a warranty or insurance claim, gather the details that apply to your issue:

  • Equipment model number, serial number, and product category
  • Dealer name, dealer location, salesperson, service advisor, or branch contact if relevant
  • Purchase date, delivery date, quote, invoice, receipt, or sales contract
  • Warranty information, Orange Protection Program details, or service records
  • Kubota Credit account details only through official Kubota Credit channels
  • KTAC policy or claim details only through official KTAC channels
  • Photos of the equipment, data plate, damaged part, warning label, or issue if Kubota or the dealer requests them
  • Recall notice, safety notice, or CPSC notice if relevant
  • Part number, accessory number, operator manual, or illustrated parts list reference if relevant
  • A short summary of the problem and the resolution you are requesting

For public reviews, do not post serial numbers, financing account numbers, insurance claim numbers, policy numbers, receipts, dealer invoices, home addresses, farm addresses, jobsite locations, phone numbers, emails, payment details, or unsafe equipment-operation instructions.

Common Reasons Customers Contact Kubota

  • Dealer sales, equipment availability, delivery delays, quotes, and order status
  • Warranty claims, repair routing, Orange Protection Program questions, and service records
  • Parts lookup, accessories, operator manuals, illustrated parts lists, and maintenance documents
  • Kubota Credit payments, payoff, account access, financing, and billing questions
  • KTAC insurance quotes, equipment-damage claims, and insurance payment questions

  • Complaints about dealer communication, service delays, equipment availability, repair timing, billing, or response times

Dealer Support, Pricing, Quotes, and Equipment Availability

Kubota equipment sales, quotes, availability, delivery timing, setup, parts, and service often involve a local authorized Kubota dealer. If your issue involves a tractor, mower, utility vehicle, construction machine, loader, backhoe, implement, or attachment that was ordered through a dealer, start with the dealer and keep a written record of the order, quote, promised delivery date, and follow-up attempts.

If the dealer cannot resolve the issue, contact Kubota customer service with the dealer name, location, model, serial number if available, order details, and a clear timeline.

Kubota Warranty Claims and Orange Protection Program

Kubota’s warranty support is administered through its authorized dealer network. If your issue involves warranty coverage, repair timing, replacement parts, dealer diagnosis, or an Orange Protection Program question, contact the dealer that sold or services the equipment. If needed, contact Kubota customer service with your model, serial number, proof of purchase, warranty details, dealer information, and service records.

CustomerServiceNumbers.com does not determine warranty coverage, defect status, repair eligibility, dealer responsibility, or extended-warranty benefits.

Parts, Manuals, Accessories, and Service Documents

Kubota’s parts and service resources include quick parts lookup, illustrated parts lists, accessories, operator’s manuals, Safety Data Sheets, dealer service, and the My Kubota app. If you are ordering parts, confirm the model, serial number, part number, dealer, and compatibility before buying.

For repair, installation, hydraulic, PTO, loader, mower, engine, electrical, fuel-system, brake, towing, or safety-sensitive work, use an authorized Kubota dealer or qualified equipment technician. Do not rely on public comments for repair instructions.

Kubota Credit Corporation Payments, Financing, and Account Help

Kubota Credit Corporation is the captive finance company for Kubota equipment. Financing, payoff, payment, account-access, billing, and credit questions should be handled through Kubota Credit or your dealer rather than regular product support.

Do not post account numbers, payoff amounts, Social Security numbers, ITINs, payment details, bank information, or credit documents in a public review. CustomerServiceNumbers.com does not provide credit, financing, banking, debt, payoff, tax, insurance, or legal advice.

KTAC Insurance Agency Claims and Equipment Protection

KTAC Insurance Agency handles Kubota-endorsed property damage insurance and related claims. If your issue involves KTAC insurance, a damage claim, policy question, deductible, repair estimate, payoff-related cancellation, or equipment-damage event, contact KTAC directly.

For insurance claims, damage, theft, fire, rollover, weather, vandalism, collision, or transportation incidents, use official KTAC, dealer, insurer, police, emergency, and professional channels when appropriate.

Safety Notices, Recalls, and CPSC Resources

Kubota posts safety notices and recall campaigns for affected models. If your equipment is listed in a recall or safety notice, follow the official Kubota and dealer instructions. Safety-sensitive issues should be handled through Kubota, an authorized dealer, CPSC, or a qualified equipment professional.

CustomerServiceNumbers.com does not provide tractor, mower, utility vehicle, construction equipment, repair, towing, loader, PTO, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, braking, ROPS, rollover, roadside, fire, medical, legal, or safety advice.

My Kubota App, Serial Numbers, and Retail Date Lookup

Kubota’s support resources include My Kubota app help, retail date lookup, equipment records, manuals, maintenance logs, warranty status, and dealer support. These tools can help you identify your model, serial number location, manuals, and maintenance records before contacting support.

Kubota Engine America and Non-Tractor Support

Some Kubota engines, generators, OEM engine applications, DPF programs, and core returns may be handled through Kubota Engine America or a distributor rather than Kubota Tractor Corporation. If your issue involves a Kubota engine installed in non-Kubota equipment, confirm whether support should go through the equipment manufacturer, Kubota Engine America, the distributor, or the dealer.

Fraud, Privacy, and Safe Review Tips

Kubota accounts and equipment records may include sensitive information. Do not post serial numbers, financing account numbers, KTAC claim numbers, insurance policy numbers, receipts, invoices, home addresses, farm addresses, jobsite locations, phone numbers, email addresses, bank information, or payment details in a public review.

If you receive a suspicious call, text, email, financing message, equipment listing, dealer invoice, or payment request claiming to be from Kubota, Kubota Credit, KTAC, or a dealer, verify it through KubotaUSA.com, KubotaCreditUSA.com, KTACInsuranceAgency.com, or your known local dealer before sending money or sharing private information.

How to Escalate a Kubota Complaint

If your Kubota issue is not resolved after the first contact, keep your complaint organized and route it to the correct support path.

  1. Identify whether the issue involves equipment support, dealer service, warranty, parts, financing, KTAC insurance, recalls, app support, or corporate contact.
  2. Contact the authorized dealer first for sales, service, repairs, warranty, parts, delivery, and availability issues.
  3. Call Kubota at 1-888-458-2682 or submit the official contact form if the dealer cannot resolve the issue.
  4. For Kubota Credit payments or financing, use Kubota Credit rather than the general product-support route.
  5. For KTAC insurance claims, call 1-800-348-5802 and use the KTAC Claims Center.
  6. For recalls and safety notices, use Kubota Safety Notices, CPSC resources, and an authorized dealer.
  7. Save dealer messages, quotes, invoices, photos, repair records, case numbers, warranty documents, payment confirmations, and written responses.
  8. Ask for a case number, dealer escalation, written explanation, inspection appointment, repair timeline, warranty decision, claim number, or next step when available.
