have had my phone for 5 mos I purchased a insurance plan . the only paper work I received was a thank you for purchasing the ins, the charging port guit working on my phone so I went back to the store where I made the purchase and was told it would cost me 149.00 for the deductible to repair my phone . I was not told this when I purchased the insurance. the sales person told me to take the phone to a independent repair shop it would be cheaper. why did I pay for insurance. Im going to let my lawyer find out for sure.

9/20/2016 Verizon Wireless - I think I'm the first person to have a GOOD
I think I'm the first person to have a GOOD experience with customer service, based on the comments I read before I actually called!!! I expected to be put on hold forever, as the recording said the wait for a representative could be long... I was so surprised, when a rep answered in less than 2 mins, that I didn't even catch his name. I wish I DID catch his name, because he was so helpful, I was a little shocked. not only did he fix my problem, in a personable and friendly way, he also made some suggestions to me on how to save money in the future. WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?!? I called at aprox 10:45a.m. on 9/20/16. THANK YOU!!!!! whoever you are

Customer service sucks!!! I had to make a trip into a store to have them dial a number so I could talk to someone. If your service is suppose to rate as a 5, you have got to be kidding! No way!! All circuits are busy 8 switch 529-5 message was heard each time someone tried to call my phone. This occurred for several days before i found out what was going on.

Verizon support found someone had tried to forward my phone to a non working number. Phone has not been out of my possession for 3 weeks and I have not forwarded calls. He was able to cancel the call forwarding and phone now works fine.

Almost impossible to speak to a live person unless you have memorized every pin #, password, 2nd grade teachers first name, etc. The really sad news is that carriers are making billions of dollars and not providing service. Hire and train more people. Pay them well and be part of the solution instead of the problem.

I went into the Medina, OH Montville Plaza Verizon store and waited exactly 1 hour for service. There were two clerks, neither of them greeted me nor said I will be with you shortly or as soon as I can. One of the clerks chatted with his customer for 15 minutes of the hour I waited, talking about how things have changed since the old days with phones and IPads. I am on their video camera, so checking how long I waited can be verified. I stormed out of the store, since my time is obviously not important. I am so done with Verizon.

This about your Gold Star store in Lockwood Montana. The store should be a black star. I went to the store to switch from another carrier to Verizon. The employees were all over that one. Yes we can do that and no problem. Verizon will pay off contract (I only had one month left) We are a wonderful company and so forth. Well my hell started when the agent ported my phone and before the agent even read the contract. So I go to sign and the agent goes "whoops" I cant do this contract for you because you have a cracked phone!! Really? you are a senior agent and you don't know what is on the contract? The best part was no opology from anyone!! So no phone from verizon, no opology and very rude with the word "whoops" So now I spend 3 hours in your store and no phone. But this is the sad part. The agent ported my phone. So no service for me and then I had to come back the next day and spend another 90 minutes getting my phone ported back to my original carrier. You better train your agents to know what they are doing when it comes to contracts and exchanging phones. So no new customer for you!!
