Was charged over 1000 dollars in overage charges. I am 30 and have been with Verizon since I was 16, that will be changing. These overage charges are ridiculous. Verizon will get the 1000 they are owed but they will lose all subsequent business and the business of all my associates.

OMG...this has to be the WORST effing company I've encountered in YEARS!! I've been bounced all over the place with incompetent people who can't activate a damn prepaid phone I just purchased from Target. The system took my $52. (with taxes) and I can't get a live person..just this endless loupe of enter your number and when I do, it says the account is not active and hangs up! You charged my credit card and I have nothing. To make matter worse, I'm headed out on a plane at 6am and no damn phone. Upon my return, this phone is going back to Target and my credit card will be contacted for a charge back. Seriously Verizon, clean up your mess. I'm done with you for good.
