5/18/2012 I HAVE BEEN A VERIZON CUSTOMER FOR OVER A YEAR! INITIALLY I PAID $125 DOLLAR DEPOSIT TO OBTAIN SERVICE! I SIGNED THAT FANCY LITTLE POINT OF SALE BOX & GOT MY LARGE RECIEPT, BUT OFCOURSE I TRUSTED THE SALES REP & DID NOT FURTHER LOOK OVER THE RECIEPT! REQUESTED SPECIFICALLY A 1 YEAR CONTRACT BUT OFCOURSE THEY SLID IN A 2 YEAR ON ME ( I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT FURTHER CHECKING THE RECIEPT ) I AM NOW SUFFERING A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP & UNABLE TO AFFORD THE BILL AT THE MOMENT! SO I REQUESTED TO HAVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT TO NOT SUFFER ANY INTURRUPTIONS WITH MY SERVICE UNTIL I RECIEVE MY TAXES! BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 4 DAYS NOW ARGUEING WITH RUDE & DISRESPECTFULL REPS. EVERYTIME I CALL THERE IS A DIFFRENT RESON WHY THEY KEEP PUSHING MY RELEASE DATE BACK 2 MONTHS AT A TIME TO RELEASE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE RELEASED AFTER A YEAR OF SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT UNDER FALSE PRETENSES & NOW WHEN I NEED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE TO FINANCIAL ISSUES BEYOND MY CONTROL THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE THIER STIPULATIONS TO SUIT VERIZON! THIS IS UNFAIR TREATMENT & I WILL STAND FOR THIS! NO ONE SHOULD BE FORCED TO LET VERIZON HOLD ON TO HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME THAT THEY SEE FIT. STAND UP PEOPLE & MAKE THEM SUFFER. GO TO THE NEWS, PICKET THE LOCATIONS & FIGHT FOR FAIR TREATMENT.

5/8/2012 I just called Verizon and talked to Will out of the Houston office. He was very friendly and VERY HELPFUL. He adjusted my account and treated me very well. Great Customer Service!

4/29/2012 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD..ALSO THEY deceive YOU WITH THERE ADVERTISING..I SPOKE TO TWO SUPERVISORS AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME, THEY SPEND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON ADVERTISING TO GET YOU AS A CUSTOMER, BUT THEY WOULDN'T MAKE A $10.85 ADJUSTMENT TO KEEP A CUSTOMER OF OVER 20 YRS.. THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE..I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO COMCAST THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER, I WAS A BUSINESS MAN FOR OVER 40 YRS. AND I WOULDN'T TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THEY TREATED ME. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THE OLD SAYING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT..AND I WOULDN'T LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR A MERE $10.85.. THEY NEED TO TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM ATT.AND WALMART ON CUSTOMER SERVICE..

4/19/2012 Lemme tell ya what, I have been trying to get verizon to correct my bill, they allowed a NON authorized person to make a change to the account, they are absolutely absurd. I have belittled, gotten off the phone frustrated and crying and have no recourse because they literally will hang up on you if you request a supervisor or argue with you till he** wont have it no more. They keep telling me i am responsible for all charges on my wireless account, how am I responsible when they are supposed to A) block data from all phones except one and not allow anyobody but the listed person to make any changes to the account, they failed miserably on that, insist that I am responsible for the charges, refuse to let me speak to the supervisor and when I do get one and request their supervisor (because I am taking this all the way to the top)I get yelled at, belittled, hung up on, told flat out NO and on and on and on.....I do not know what has happened to verizon wireless over the past 2 years, we have been with them for 14 and it has only been the last 18-24 months that I have been about ready to blow someone there up (lol...sorta) because things keep gettin screwed up on their end...oen time we were unable to get anything resolved because they had somehow listed our TWELVE YEAR OLD daughter as the account owner....funny after 14 years that all the sudden the account changes hands and into the hands of a 12 year old....come on verizon! Getting to big for your britches arent ya so now you treat your customers like crap....so not right....I guess just like netflix you will soon find your multi billion dollar industry going down the proverbial pot!

4/18/2012 Verizon is the worst company I have ever had. My service has been interrupted 3 times in the last 6 months everytime for different reasons such problems with the signal, disconected cables etc. Everytime I call to report the problem it takes 3 days to send a technician that cannot resolve the problem until a second or third person is able to fix it. On Monday, April 16, 2012, once again my service was interrupted. When I called I was inform that they were going to contact me withing 24 hours. The time passed and nobody contacted me. I called again and I spoke with the supervisor Gerardo Buenrostro that told me he was in California but got in touch with the service in New Jersey and they did not have any technician available. I requested speak with Mr. Buerrostro's boss, Mr. Enrique Castellanos, but he was not available. Then I requested to speak with a higher manager, Ms. Krista Smith but unfortunatly she was in a meeting and they could not give me her extension or email addres. For a moment I felt I was speaking with the Secret Service and no my cable company. I explained Mr. Buenrostro that I had a medical emergency since I have a special needs child in the house and very often I need to call 911 during the night to request an ambulance or emergency care. Since I did not have telephone, cable or internet I was not able to call for help. Mr. Buenrostro called me a few minutes later to informed me that they were going to send a technician at night. All night passed but the technician never showed. Today is my third day without service. I would like to elevate my complaint to the highest management of Verizon. Your service is deficient and your Costumer Service is worst. You should have a much better service and technicians available to assist your customers immediately in case of interruption of the service.

4/13/2012 I don't know if you can send this email to the programing Dept. but if you control ME TV why is it that my area after 10 PM all your programs are paid programs...my friends and I would like to ask you to change this and let us watch the twilight Zone, Perry Mason, the Untouchables and all the other great programs that start after 10PM. Please put on the paid programs during the day, there is so much crap on and you are the only station that can show these great shows. Thanks Louis Buono

4/11/2012 Over 3.5 years ago I signed up for thier triple deal where you get phone service, internet service, and tv cable service for $99 a month. After the two years was up I had to pay more for the service and my bills with tax were about $140-$150 a month. Last week 3/3/12 I got home from work and had nothing. I called thier 24 tech line and spent 45 minutes with the gal who answered testing all my equipment. The power supply was good , the battery was good, but on the box that was mounted outside had a red trouble light that said I was not recieving the network signal. So that I didn't have to go thru this test again I asked the gal for a reference number so that when I called the following day they could see that the testing had been done and that the problem was not inside of my house. When I called the following morning I spoke to a woman who must have been Satan's spawn or something. She insisted that I had to leave work and do the same test over but with her before she would send out a tech. I then told her I couldn't just leave work and that the test had already been done and I gave her the reference number the gal from the night before gave me. I also told her that seeing as the problem was from outside my house to thier sending station that I saw no reason that I needed to be home. When they make appointments it's 9am-1pm or 1pm to 5pm and they have no regard towards you having to work. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor and the 4th time I insisted and she hung up on me. When I got home that night the tv reciever didn't even show the time of day like it had been.I have now been 9 days without TV, computer, or phone. I can't even call 911 if there is an emergency.Since then I can't get over the horror stories I have heard about Verizon's service department. I'll either go with the dish set ups or back to ComCast. Verizon has grown to big for thier britches and need to be taught a lesson.
