Terrible Service. I spent hours on hold and days online trying to get someone to come out and fix our phones. When I finally spoke with a person they sent someone out and charged me $200. What’s the point of having a service maintenance agreement if you have to pay for service. When I called the provided number to upgrade our account, I was told that the sales group didn’t handle it and I needed to talk to another group. I finally called a random extension and yelled at the person to cancel my account.
Sales is not open when you would expect it to be in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Support did not pick up the phone, am having problems with Yahoo, one of their clients, using the Avaya messaging system to avoid contact with customers.
Tried to call Avaya at the toll-free number and no one is there to pick up the p hone, it is 417pm MDT.
