Worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I bought a 65in Sony TV which costed $2500 last year and I also bought a 5 year full warranty. The TV was not working in Aug. this year. I called for a repair order on Aug. 15. It has been one and a half month, the TV is not fixed and I have no idea when it will be fixed. I keep calling for an answer. But nobody cares and just tells you to wait. They don’t know how long I have to wait either. I want to talk to the manager. But they said no manager there.I have been a royal BransMark customer for more than 20 years. Do you think I will buy anything from BransMark USA in the future?
