Burger King Epping NH Incident Report Issue

March 12, 2015

Burger King, I went to Burger King on Sunday March 1st 2015 with my four grandchildren and my husband because the Burger King in Epping N.H. still has a play area for the kids. While walking into Burger King with my granddaughters on side of me holding hands, I tripped over the raised concrete and landed face down taking my two granddaughters with me. I injured my hands and especially my left knee, but was to embarrassed to notice how bad the injury to the knee really was since this was in front of the windows where everyone there saw this happen, no staff came out to assist and I just wanted my husband to help me up as to not make a spectacle of myself. Well here it is March 12th, I had seen my primary physician who sent me to orthopedics, I saw them on March 6th and they told me that I needed to remain non-weight bearing on my left leg and arranged for me to have an MRI done March 13th. My problem is that even though I had this accident on their property none of the Burger King staff even asked if I were ok, My medical insurance has been covering the visits, but now my employer says that I can not work until I am at 100% again. I am not sure who I should try to get ahold of, since nothing was even said to me when this happened. I was hoping that at least here the right person from Burger King would get ahold of me so that I could report this incident.

Burger King, Hopefully your situation was resolved. If your gift cards are stored with your cell phone, they will demagnatize them and take everything off your card. I have this problem now. I can’t talk to anyone until Monday.

Visited your Burger King #3732, at 7736 Sate Ave. KCK 66112. Upon arrival the area surrounding the location smelt like garbage. There were flies, flies and more flies inside the facility. They were on almost all ofbthe tables, The cleaning had a lot to be desired. Suggest they change the ff oil more often. The interior need a bit more TLC.

I was told that after 12p.m. when I drove through the cream could not be added to a cup of coffee by the server. So, in turn, I tried to add creamer to my coffee-holding cup between my legs in the car..I spilled the hot coffee between my legs and had to go home and change shorts…Is this crazy?? What kind of policy is this? I surely need the server to add cream to my hot coffee in the car more so than inside with a table nearby. I think Burger King has now joined the rest of the insanity developing in the world.
