How to Contact Coca-Cola Customer Service

Best Coca-Cola Support Route by Issue

  • Product quality concern: Use the Coca-Cola contact form or call Consumer Relations with the product name, package size, date code, store, and photos.
  • Packaging issue: Save the bottle, can, carton, cap, label, multipack, date code, and receipt until the issue is resolved.
  • Product availability: Use Coca-Cola brand pages, product locator tools, or ask local retailers and bottlers about availability.
  • Promotion, reward, or offer: Use the contact form and include screenshots, offer terms, codes, and dates.
  • Coca-Cola Store order: Contact Coca-Cola Store support at 1-800-557-4616.
  • Business or fountain service: Call the fountain-services hotline at 800-241-2653 or work with your local Coca-Cola bottler.
  • Media inquiry: Use The Coca-Cola Company media contact route, not consumer customer service.

Information to Have Before Contacting Coca-Cola

  • Product name and flavor
  • Package size and format, such as can, bottle, carton, pouch, fountain, or multipack
  • Date code, lot code, and best-by information from the package
  • Store name, city, state, and purchase date
  • Receipt, order number, or delivery confirmation, if available
  • Photos of the product, package, cap, seal, label, date code, or quality issue
  • Promotion code, reward details, or offer screenshot, if relevant
  • Prior case number or response from Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola Product Quality, Date Codes and Packaging Issues

If you have a Coca-Cola product-quality concern, do not throw away the package before writing down the date code and product details. Coca-Cola’s contact form may ask whether you still have the affected product and where the date code appears on the package. Product-quality issues may include an off taste, damaged package, broken seal, leaking bottle, can defect, carbonation issue, foreign material concern, incorrect label, or packaging problem. For the strongest report, include photos, the product name, date code, purchase location, and whether the product was consumed.

Coca-Cola Store, Promotions and Product Availability

If your issue involves a Coca-Cola Store order, use Coca-Cola Store support rather than the general product-quality form. Have your order number, email address, tracking number, product name, and photos of any damaged item ready. For promotions, rewards, sweepstakes, offer codes, app issues, or email offers, save screenshots and read the official rules or terms. Some offers may be limited by date, location, retailer, age, account eligibility, or product type.

Business, Bottler and Fountain Service Help

Coca-Cola business support can differ from consumer support. The Coca-Cola Company says U.S. and Canada businesses that sell bottles and cans may need to work with their local Coca-Cola bottler. Businesses that serve fountain beverages can use the fountain-services hotline at 800-241-2653. If you operate a restaurant, store, vending location, venue, school, or business account, have your account information, location, equipment details, delivery issue, or fountain-service problem ready before calling.
