  1. I’M A SENIOR AND WAS ADVISED TODAY THAT THE 10% SENIOR DISCOUNT IS NOW 5%. I MUST TELL YOU THAT I’M APPAULED THAT SENIORS ALWAYS GET THE SHORT END OF THE STICK. I FREQUENT A DUNKIN DONUTS NEAR ME AT LEAST 3X A DAY. I ALWAYS GET 2 LARGE ICE COFFEE’S AT EACH VISIT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. IT’S TIME THAT SOMETHING WAS GIVEN TO THE SENIORS.

  2. I was in the store on Simmons Rd. No. Las Vegas yesterday. I had gotten 4 pounds of coffee because it was on sale. The salesperson could not tell me for how long the coffee will be on sale. HOW COME????? Why don’t they

    put a sign in the window when it’s on sale. You would get a lot of customers if they knew. Mrs. Greene

  3. the customer service of Dunkin is very bad . you have to wait 1 hr to talk to customer representative rather Starbucks is very good in handling customers. I registered my dd perks card and i did not get any welcome beverage what they say we will get .

  4. Waiting 25 minutes on hold to speak to someone so that I can access my app to pay for my coffee!!!!!!! Something wrong with the app. Ridiculous.

    Also they new coffee cups and lids are a disaster. The cups do not keep the coffee hot and the lid I’d like a incorrectly designed child’s sippy cup. Most definitely will spill on people.

  5. I have just been to two different DD in the past 2 1/2 hours. First the one on S 3rd st in Indianapolis at 2pm, and just now the one at Ridgeline Rd in Carmel. The first one I ordered a #15. I was told they didn’t have the regular bread for it, I told them any would do. I also ordered a Large Caramel ice coffee as well. When I got to the window, the young lady took my gift card. A minute later she came back, with the coffee, and my card and said that they were unable to process gift cards at this time. Handed me the coffee and said they would take cash or a credit card. I had neither, so I said thanks anyway and handed back the ice coffee.

    An hour and half later I was In Carmel, still haven’t had anything to eat yet, and stopped at the Ridgeline location. Went in the drive through, lady ask for my order, actually sounded wasted or half a sleep. I gave her the same order,#15 and a caramel ice coffee. Drove up to the window, and she said they were out of chicken…ask me if I wanted sausage instead, I told her yes, that’s ok, She came back a minute later with the bag and a regular hot coffee. I reminded her I ask for a ice caramel coffee, she went back and gave me a ice coffee it looked a little dark, but I took it anyway. I drove to the other side of the building, looked in the bag, the sandwich was there, but no hash browns ,,,and the coffee was a regular ice coffee, Seriously, how many times can someone screw up? I usually don’t complain, but my god, What’s up with your employees?

  6. Was at the Dunkin Donuts, in Palmetto, Fla. drive-thru window around noon today (4-7-2014). The customer service rep. at the drive thru was not very friendly. So I place my order of a snickers sundae and a chicken salad sandwich on Texas toast. I was informed they do not sell snickers sundaes, even though it was on the order board. So I asked for a sweet tea alone with the sandwich. As I drove up to drive thru, I heard his co-worker tell him that they was out of sweet tea; He abruptly closed the drive thru window and returned with what I assumed was a sweet tea with lemon. After reaching my destination I took a sip of my tea only to find it was coffee with lemons. Also the Texas toast was so stale that I could not chew it. To purposely give me the wrong or instead of telling me that they was temporarily out of sweet tea. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO DUNKIN DONUTS, when I would patronize Dunkin at least 3 time a week.
