  1. I did not renew. When your representative called to give me a renewal deal, I said I wasn’t renewing. You send the same matches all the time and they are never logged in or have logged months ago. I am dissatisfied with your services and program. I definitely did not renew. You charged $191.94 to my American Express without my permission. I am calling American Express to protest this. Next, I will call the better business bureau if this charge is not removed. I want to hear from you immediately.

  2. I can’t reset my password.It’s been three days and counting. One of your numbers is disconnected the other puts you on hold forever, Very disappointed. i would like to cancel and get my money back.

  3. The same people have been on Jdate for the past 30 years, They lie on their profiles telling you that they are younger then they are. Most have mental issues. You ant to meet someone be introduced by a Match maker
