I got a big issue to announce in malaysia Kleenex the side of tissue 1/2″ inch & 1″ inch short . previous and the currently side is different . but the boxes out side information all is still the same & the boxes side also same the previous all . and I very up sad . after I call them to make a complain to them . but they say maybe is because the cutting machine problem . but I ask them say why now all the new packing inside the tissue is not fit when u puting in the box any more ? the boxes still got extra 1″ inch balance space ? now they ask me to return all the item to them. but I m now so worried to see them now. because in our country when u make any complain aslo no point same time maybe tomorrow I will have more problem to unser the gov investigate .
I have been buying the Kleenex ultra soft small box (12 box) @ Costco for a really long time. I feel foolish that I never really discovered until today that they are not 3 ply as advertised on the box. They are all 2 ply. I know that I remembered that they felt awfully thin but thought it was just me. Just in case I checked another box then a box out of the unopened 12 box package that I just purchased. They are all 2 ply. This to me is false advertising on your company. I think quality control should check in to this. I will use what I have (which is 15 boxes)(I use a lot of tissue) then I intend to switch to another brand.
I loved the soft box tissues and now I can not find them I am not talking about the pocket pack I am talking about the big box soft pack. I hate the hard card board box ones they do not last in my card or hold up to my grandkids like the soft pack. Please put them back on the store shelves I need some badly and do not want the boxes.

I have always bought your 3-ply tissues because they didn’t break or blow through like the 2-ply tissues did. This year (2015), though, they’re no better than I remember the 2-ply tissues. Reducing quality to increase profits only works to a point, and then customers like me abandon you. I’d say you’ve reached that point.
I just love Kleenex products, they do offer so many products, I do have a Kleenex product invention I thing you will love to hear. please contact me. belive me its a new twist on tissues.
I have noted that there is a residue on the Kleenex. It flakes off and forms piles of material. There is something wrong with with your manufacturing process.
