  1. Are you kidding? You cannot leave with a expired passport. Even if you did, you will never be allowed in the country you’re trying to go to.

  2. I would like to know how I get my ticket(s) If I book online. How soon I need to make the purchase in advance if I plan to travel on the first week of June 2014.

    Thank you for your answer!!!!!

  3. I have a flight to Cebu Philippines leaving Sept 10 from Las Vegas, ticket # 1807432819079, Korean Skypass#BA54785395.

I have a 15 hours & 35 min layover in Seoul, South Korea. Do I get a choice of free hotel or tour of Korea?

If so do I need to make a reservation for a hotel?

  4. I have a major complaint about a flight I took from São Paulo to Los Angeles. Who can I write to or who is the best person.to speak to. I really think Management would like to know what happened.

    Thank you.

  5. On 01-02-14 while I was in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam my brother was killed in Alaska. On 01-07-14 your airline was able to fly me to Incheon Int. in Seoul, then put me up at the Hyatt Regency hotel for the night. I then flew out the next day to the states and on up to Alaska. The devastation I was going through went beyond words, and still is. Your airline and flight crew treated me with compassion and honesty, and the people of Hyatt Regency welcomed me with understanding. I’ve told so many people about what happened and how you helped. I have nothing but the highest regard and compassion for what you did. Thank you, doesn’t even come close to what I wish I could say…but then again, “Thank you!”
